I recently purchased a pre-owned 2018 black VW Beetle and reached out to Ryan regarding getting a ceramic coating put on it. This is the first "new" car I've ever owned so I wanted to do what I could to protect it. I currently don't have a garage to park in and learned from my previous vehicle how much damage constant sunlight can do! Ryan was very patient with me as I explained what my situation was and what I needed. He recommended the Bronze Package since this will be a daily driver and not a 'show' car. I appreciate him not trying to sell me more than I actually needed. Before the work was done, I met with both Ryan and Mark to discuss details and found them to be professional, nice, and knowledgeable. They were highly communicative (I texted A LOT of questions!) and just seemed like great guys. When I picked up my car, it LOOKED FANTASTIC! Ryan also threw in a complimentary car wash after the 2-week curing period which was done by Mark. He came out to my home and did a great job and also provided some aftercare tips. I'm very satisfied with the service and product I received. Thank you guys for making my new car feel 'new' every time I drive it!!!! read more

NEVER HAD WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY MUST BE RICH BECAUSE THEY DO NOT VALUE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS! THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS OR ADDRESSING CONCERNS AND IF there were a way to add a 0 star review I would leave them that score. I wasn't even able to be serviced because the low IQ person on the other side of the text messages wasn't good at reading or reading comprehension one of the two and even worse at customer service. So to start from the beginning I contacted executive after visiting their site. The website offered several packages for their detailing services with prices ascending based on the size of the vehicle (ie. S $100, M $140 L$160 Xl $200 these aren't the actual prices but just so you can have an example how the pricing was presented). I contacted them with the intention of getting my own 2 vehicles detailed and attempting to understand their pricing scale (since there were no information as to what qualified a vehicle as s, m, l, or xl) so that I could refer my mom's county transportation business to them for more business. I started by asking about my personal vehicles at which point the person on the other end made me aware that my MINI VAN was considered XL at which point I was shocked not because the price wasn't good because it was just a $20 difference between the L and Xl but I felt it was astounding that a mini van would be charged the same as a 16 passenger van. So asked the person on the other end what vehiclea are considered what size (again so I could give clear estimates on pricing to my mom for her business fleet which I was dilute to explain to him/her). The question was met with irritation for me even asking saying that most people dont own 16 passenger vans so that would be considered a xxl vehicle (which wasn't listed on the website). I explained once again that I wanted to get my personal vehicles detailed but I just needed solid pricing standards and listed the types of vehicles we had for the fleet to let him know why I was asking for the information. once again I was met with hostility and confusion so I explained to him why we wernt on the same page about everything and they still wernt able to comprehend and grew even more hostile and told me that I would be better suited to go to another local detailer (declining both my personal and future business) I WAS SHOCKED. You refuse business to a person because that are asking for clear pricing guidelines? After that it all felt super fishy and scammy. If you are a serious business that is on thr up and up with pricing you should not be refusing business because someone asks for solid pricing guidelines. I am also an entrepreneur so I understand quotes are not hard prices but they should be consistent base prices for sure. I expressed that I would be yelping the business and showing the screenshots and their response was basically eff off. So I did as they suggested and contacted elite and was met with a speedy response, they answered all of my questions and offered excellent customer service and gave me details on how to book! I say that executive said it best. YOUR BUSINESS WILL BE BETTER APPRECIATED AT ELITE! When a company tells you who they are believe them. DO YOUR BUSINESS WITH ELETE. SUCH AN AWESOME COUPLE. UPDATE! As you can see by the comment he left below the professionalism is lacking. Can't take a question about pricing or constructive criticism and can't understand his role as a business owner the first of which is that HE should be the one that is providing good customer service. I AM BY NO MEANS BROKE SO I DIDNT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH PAYING AN EXTRA $20! Who cares about $20 as everyone can see I was truly trying to get solid pricing for a fleet especially since I said I still wanted my personal cars done. This guy acts like he hasn't heard of multi vehicle discounts which is reasonable to inquire about when getting about 10-15 vehicles detailed at least once a quarter. I don't know once again can someone say LACK OF READING COMPREHENSION! The venom this guy is carrying is real. So since I'm a Christian I will do what's right and pray The Lord fixes wherever the owner is hurt that's causing him to not see himself clearly and I will also let y'all know I'm a lot of things but a liar is NOT one of them everyone around me knows it's my blessing and my curse so when I say this business is unprofessional believe your eyes and my word. read more

Scheduled appointment to get truck detailed as well as my motorhome. I had to cancel the motorhome because I knew it would probably take awhile and I had to run errands and handle stuff with my kids distance learning. I still wanted the truck done. I never got contacted the day before or the day of to confirm he was coming. No follow up whatsoever. I used them before on my old fifth wheel and truck and spent over 600+ on detail, interior shampoo, RV roof reseal, wax, etc. I don't know what happened this time. I'm sorry I do not recommend anymore based on his unethical behavior. Follow up would have been appreciated. Unprofessional and unreliable In my opinion. Update later that evening: So I get texts from Ryan saying if I ever got a confirmed appointment. No I didn't sir. Read the original review. I said I scheduled an appointment and you confirmed Friday is a good day. So when scheduling I make the assumption I need to make time available and the person I am scheduling the appointment with will make some time for me as well correct? I stated exactly what happened. No confirmation or follow up. He responds by calling me a loser and threatening to post text messages showing I did not have a confirmed appointment. Here are your screenshots sir. Shows this company's professionalism and attitude towards an honest review of what happened. Shows what kind of business and the person who runs it. I was professional and cordial throughout the texts and he responds by calling me names. His rebuttal below calls me a tire kicker and what not and he even has the gall to post my cell phone number, address, and warns fellow detailers . Okay sir. Very unethical and disturbing. Also against Yelp guidelines. He actually posted my street address and deleted it shortly thereafter contradicting his statement of not knowing where services would be rendered. He knew my address because he serviced my fifth wheel before. Actual service also means scheduling for service. A simple call or text saying he missed the appointment or he did not want to service my vehicles because I am a "tire kicker" would have been fine with me but name calling, threats, and posting personal information was Ryan's response. The only response to my text if he was coming was received after this Yelp review. Funny how he didn't have the time to shoot me a text, but has time to respond to my Yelp review immediately and post personal information. I understand he services many people including individuals, businesses, government agencies, local Fire and PD, Federal government, even boasts of servicing Air Force 1. In my opinion, this is a cause for concern when dealing with this business and an owner has no regard for client confidentiality. read more

Reached out to schedule next day appointment for car detail of a Tacoma. They were very accommodating with the schedule and even came to where I was to perform the detailing. Dropped the car off with their associate in a culdesac outside my workplace and In a few hours the car looked brand new. Could barely contain my excitement seeing how good of a job they've done. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Competitive prices and excellent responsiveness. read more

I have been working with Ryan and Executive Auto Detail for the past few years. Recently, I reached out to Ryan because I needed a last minute detail for a car I was trying to sell. He was quick to respond and even though I knew that he was busy, he made time and adjusted his schedule to fit me in. I've referred him and his company to a few of my friends and family members and they've all said his work is amazing! He takes pride in his business...you can tell by his professionalism and completed work. I will definitely continue to use Ryan and refer his business to others. They are my go-to auto detailing company! read more

Ryan is the real deal! He does great work and knows his stuff, brought my 4runner to him after I had been through some clay mud that got into all the nooks and crannies that a standard washing couldn't get out. So I got the silver package inside and out, and it's sparkling clean. Feels like new again on the inside! Thanks Ryan! read more

Good people and service. Super convenient; they washed my car outside my office while I plugged away at my desk. #twobirds Same price as a drive up car wash. Easy breezy. Give Ryan a call! read more

These guys did an absolutely fantastic job on my Camaro. I had really bad etched water spots all over and did not think they would be possible to remove. But every single one of them is gone now and the paint has a deep glossy shine to it. In addition, Executive Auto Detail is very professional and I appreciate how fast they got back to me. I messaged several other detailers before them and none got back to me or were willing to fit me into their schedule. I was quoted a month out but with water spots I knew I couldn't wait that long. Executive Auto Detail scheduled me in within two days. Thank you!! read more

What a great job Mark did on my BMW X3. My leather seats were looking really dingy and they now look amazing. I definitely recommend them.

I am beyond happy and impressed with the work that Ryan did on my truck. Not only does he do amazing work but is extremely nice and helpful. His customer service is top notch and is hard to come by nowadays. The products and methods he uses are the best of the best and it's shown by the results. I recommend Ryan at Executive to anyone that wants a detail, paint correction, ceramic coating, or paint protection film. He is licensed, insured, and trained by renowned people in the industry. We recently had the roof of our Motorhome refurbished by the guys from Executive Detail. Their work was nothing short of spectacular. In addition to the roof they were able to deal with problem scaling of water spots on windows and a couple of scratches. They were professional, and knew their business. I absolutely recommend them and will be calling them in the future! read more

He came to my place of business , detailed my car and my headlight restoration did a great job

I had some pretty bad scratches on my 2016 Harley Softail from an abrasive pad used while washing it. I contacted Ryan about it and luckily he agreed to give it a shot. I dropped my baby off hoping for the best but preparing for the worst. Ryan was phenomenal in his customer service and overall friendliness. He is just a great guy. Easy conversation about my bike. No high pressure upselling. After meeting him and viewing some of his other work I chose to purchase the ceramic pro coating as well. Upon picking up my bike I was amazed. It was ready quicker than I expected and it was immaculate. The scratches were completely gone like factory new shine. His attention to detail and pride in his craft really shows. Every nook and cranny of my bike was clean. I can't imagine how many QTips he must have went thru. The ceramic pro is as advertised but Ryan can explain that better than I. I wanted this review to reflect his professional service. If you want top quality service give him a call. I recommend him unequivocally. read more

I can't say enough how pleased we are with Ryan at Executive Detail! He came to our house and took his time on every detail of our car. Ryan and his crew just finished a four day job on our 29 ft. Sea Ray Sundance sedan. They took a really oxidized boat and made it look like new. The interior and down below has never been so clean.
