Then, they gave me an estimate for replacing my floors that were damaged by water. They only replaced half of the wood in the estimate but would only take $200 off the almost $3000 estimate. Jo, the lady that answers the phones and schedules everything, was rude and unhelpful. I asked around about the company and everyone I spoke to said Jo was mean and hard to work with. The invoice was higher than the quote. When I asked why, they said they had to replace a rotten piece of roof decking. When I asked how there could be a rotten roof decking sheet under a new roof they had no answer for me. Either my new 50 year warranty roof is leaking or they put shingles over rotten decking to begin with. Best part... they keep telling me they'll come out and see what the problem is but they don't. They cleaned up after themselves daily and the job site was well maintained. I gave 4 stars because the workmen did not speak any English which was very frustrating.
