He came over and told me exactly what the problem was, the price and when he was available. His price was competitive and lower than others I had used in the past. Over the years he has provided professional, quality and technical service. Once I had a variety of problems he walked me through which I should fix first then perhaps wait on the others. In the end he fixed it completely. He's a patient listener, kind and extremely knowledgeable due to his long years of experience. He schooled me as to which chemicals to buy to maintain my spa. I most recently saw that my spa was leaking. I called him and he came right over the next day. Of course the spa was suddenly completely dry and showed no leaks. For a surprisingly reasonable price, Jeff fixed the leak and got the lights working again.
