Over the years, I gained weight and now weigh around 115 pounds. I've always been petite with a natural C cup, but after having three beautiful children, my breasts were no longer the shape I wanted. Looking back, I wish I had listened to my first plastic surgeon when he recommended getting a breast lift along with my augmentation. Instead, I only chose implants to restore the volume I had lost. The results were great for the first 10-14 years, but as I gained weight, gravity and the additional breast tissue caused my breasts to become much larger and droopier. I eventually started to hate how oversized and saggy they looked. For the last 2-3 years, I had been wanting a breast lift with new implants. I researched countless plastic surgeons in Las Vegas because I'm extremely picky. At one point, I even put down a $2,000 deposit with another surgeon, but I got nervous, canceled the surgery, and waited almost two more years. Then my girlfriend recommended Dr. Richard. After reading his excellent reviews, I scheduled a consultation about two months ago. From the moment I met him, everything just felt right. His staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. For a premium clinic that charges thousands of dollars for surgical procedures, having a broken and misleading reminder system is completely unacceptable. I wish I remembered more names, because those three ladies were great. A woman named Peyton has been my favorite for the facials so far, and I do really like the manager, Candace. So far, I have only had small administrative and scheduling issues. Two of the scheduling conflicts occurred on holiday's, so I am not too upset about those instances. It took me a while to get a receipt, but really what I was trying to access was a summary of the acne protocol package and a copy of my contract. I did end up getting a summary of the acne package. I am sure I can get a copy of my contract next time I ask, I just stopped requesting. Regardless, I left the cons for the end because I would still fully recommend Spoiled, and will followup if anything changes.

Very clean, I love the way they did my nails, very natural. I live right around the corner but didn't discover them until recently. I'll not go anywhere else. You can tell they use all expensive products like solar products for the pink/white, and opi products. I used to live in Texas for a while and they use solar products there, but I looked every where in Vegas and none of them use solar products for the pink/white, why why why ? because they are expensive so the owners wouldn't buy them. I don't go tanning but my pink/white turn yellow after a couple fill-ins. I notice the solar nails stay on better, stronger and looks much prettier. They need more salon like this around. Everyone is very well put together and organized. Their opi lotion are the bomb, I can feel the softness 3 days after. I love the way they use new disposable tools and are thrown in the trash right after they are done with my pedicure. Some places looks clean but they actually are not. I witnessed 1 time at a high end nail salon in Henderson, they reuse their files,buffer and pumice. I want to see them thrown in the trash, not leave in their basket of tool so they can pick it out later at night. read more

I just moved to this side of town and I really needed a gel mani. I found creative nails by chance and I absolutely had the best experience. It's so sad that small businesses like this take a hit on yelp just because someone is unhappy with a service. My experience with creative nails was amazing and I will definitely be coming back! My nail technician was John and he was so upbeat and made me feel so comfortable with him! He did an phenomenal job on my nails and he didn't even knick my fingers once which is a HUGE deal breaker for me! I just had such an positive experience at creative nails and to come on yelp and see such a negative comment really irritates me because this is an amazing nail salon and the reviews should represent the excellent customer service that this store puts such an emphasis on. This is my go to nail salon. I've been coming here for almost 2 years now and have never been disappointed. They focus so much on customer service and go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. Their selection of gel polishes is plentiful, their nail techs know good English and can actually make conversation with you, and they have an awesome rewards program! Every $250 you spend there they give you a $15 gift certificate! I use it to upgrade my pedicure (normal $25) to either a Delux or a pearl. Every pedicure comes with hot stones and hot towels which is hard to find at nail salons without paying extra. Ever since my first visit at creative nails I have not even considered going to another salon. If you have never been here and want to find great nail salon with reasonable prices I would definitely check it out! read more

I am from Arizona but travel to Las Vega to see family.i found their web by Google search While I was there I decided to treat my boyfriend to a spa day so he could relax with the family. So I took him and my aunt to Creative Nails to have manicures and pedicures. They usually do them themselves but I thought it would be nice to have professionals do it. Once we got there, the workers greeted us with friendly welcomes and we didn't even have to sit and wait. They were able to go right to work and gave my boyfriend and aunt the spa treatments. This is the best salon to get your nails done, mani and pedi, in all of Las Vegasi. ALL of the techs do a fabulous job and you will be satisfied. My husband and I go back and forth from Chicago to Las Vegas every other month, and between both cities, this salon is by far the best nail salon to go to. It's also the ONLY salon my husband will go to for a pedicure. The techs are talented and service is wonderful. The no-chip/gel manicures last about 3 weeks and the pedicures are the best. Horrible service! I have been twice just to see if the first time was a fluke with the poor service. I had a different tech do my pedicure and it literally took almost two hours for the "standard" pedicure; nothing fancy. I then had my manicure. The tech filed and cut my cuticles so short that I bled and two of my nails were cracked the next day. Please do yourself a favor and do not try this place. There are much better nail techs elsewhere!! read more

But, the girl who did my powder dip did a really great job. They don't have a ton of powder dip colors, but she really knew what she was doing and I was really impressed with how well my nails held up. The second time I went in, I was there right after they opened and got a deluxe pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was GREAT!! The tech was really detailed and took her time making sure everything was great. The deluxe is like... mid-range of the types of pedicures they offer. I expected it to be like 45 minutes, but she spent about an hour with cleaning, scrubbing, massaging, and painting. The gel manicure... my nails have held up but not going to lie... My cuticles have been treated better. Usually I don't have a lot of little hanging skins after a manicure, but I did here. I wouldn't mind if I hadn't specifically asked for a manicure not just color. I think their prices are pretty standard. Gel Mani & Deluxe Pedi cost me $65 (+ tip) and the powder dip ran me about $45. Overall, this place is good. It's not the nicest looking, but everything seemed clean and sanitized. The techs are nice. Prices are average.

I finally took the leap after a friend recommended this spot since it's much closer to me, and I'm SO glad I did. I've been here 3-4 times now and I couldn't be happier. Vanessa is amazing. You can show her a picture of what you want and she brings it to life like clockwork. I always leave completely in love with my nails. And let me tell you... Taylor did my pedicure and it was probably the best pedicure I've had in my entire life. I was in absolute heaven. Safe to say I've officially found my new go-to spot!

I paid $80 with tip I didn't realize my nails were so horrible until I was on the way home and had a hair brush my face and when I went to move the hair off my face I cut myself with a hangnail! Manicurist was nice but services are not worth the time and money.

No lies. Very straightforward and honest. They weren't able to do walk ins because Mother's Day weekend, but she was able to still fit me in today. And will be back tomorrow for a pedicure. Long did my nails. It took only roughly an hour for a gel acrlyic fill. Lola the receptionist was really nice when I came in. It's so clean inside. It was very clean smelling, no strong smell of products, and the massage chairs are very strong! I loved how all the materials are prepackaged so that you know it's all sanitary. Cindy had a taller stool and the massage chair height was taller, and this made her comfort much improved when working on my feet (less bowing over of her back). It did make the angle of my legs a bit tight but it's temporary. Also a much better variety of colors for regular polish than where we were before. She always does the best job. You earn points for every service I think, but I'd see Cindy full price anyhow. She is a gem. Sorry no free foot pics lol.
