Overall: beautiful nail job so I can see why they have great reviews but not so great service I'm very happy with the results of the nails but I was cringing during my appointment. When the nail tech went to get water to soak my nails, she went to rearrange the garbage bag as well and DIDN'T wash her hands. She proceeded to work on my nails after touching the trash bag. Wonderful. She did a great job filing my nails though. I definitely scrubbed the crap out of my hands after the appointment. I had asked for four colors, I know it's a lot but I was going for a look for my sister's wedding. But I guess the owner didn't realize that I am also part Vietnamese so I understood what she had said under her breath after I said I wanted four colors. It's something along the lines of this is annoying. So the entire time I just felt super uncomfortable. She definitely painted it beautifully though. The "massage" was basically rubbing oil on my hands and I think I would have preferred to opt out. It didn't add anything to the experience. Covid precautions: - plexiglass - hand sanitizer at each station - masks required however one of the techs took off her mask when I was sending the payment. Not sure why? Hailey killed it on the dip/gel mani!! I'm so glad I found this salon. We do 3 layers of dip powder and then 3 layers of gel for color (I'm really hard on my nails!) and they're beautiful after 3 weeks! This salon is one of the few in the area that does dip manis and they're amazing. My real nails have been able to grow out finally and I don't need tips anymore. I've also gotten a pedi here (so affordable) and those are great, too. Hailey is also great about scheduling and keeps in touch if there's an opening. I've been to Creative couple of times before COVID and always had pretty good experience -- however, when I got my gel nails done last week the result was so disappointing and I'm pretty upset that now I have to find time during my vacation to get my nails fixed (it looks so bad...) The process with COVID was actually great: People were seated apart and they limited how many people can be in store at once. But as you can see in the photos all of my nails chipped and started falling apart within one week (yep, surprisingly the photo is taken after 7 days of getting my nails done). It's starting to lift and getting caught in all places so I would need to find another salon to get it fixed while I'm on vacation and pay to get it fixed The reason why the nails look so grown in 7 days is also because the nails were painted only half way through. I didn't realize that the nails were not painted all the way through until after when I was getting pedi. I had another appointment right after so I didn't bother asking to redo the nails, but with pedicure there were barely any scrubbing and massages, it was honestly a very disappointing experience. When I get gel nails done, they usually last at least 3 weeks for me (and still looks better than how they look today). People at the salon were very very sweet and nice but I don't think the result of one week mani pedi is justifiable in my opinion read more

I work in a conservative environment so I am always a little more cautious about what my nails look like, what polish colors to use, etc. I used to get the regular gel mani but now I get the dip powder (Hailey helped to convince me) which I love way more. Never had any issues, manicures have always been neat and beautiful. I would like anyone who comes here to know that the new owners REALLY take pride in their work and strive for A++ service. I found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. I received a pedicure and a manicure. The lady who gave me a pedicure was not good at all. She barely cut my cuticles and rubbed the sea salt on my feet with the pumice scrub for 10 seconds. The entire pedicure from beginning to end with polish was a total of 18 minutes and cost $30. Was not worth it at all. The lady who gave me a manicure took a total of 25 minutes and just put lotion on my hands with no massage, It was $20. I visited this salon about 2 weeks ago, while the business was under the previous owner. I was satisfied with the gel mani/pedi and the customer service I received, but after a few days, my polish started turning a weird green. After a week, my polish had turned completely green. I called the salon thinking the polish was probably old and hoping to schedule a polish change. I spoke with the new owner, Hailey and while she could've dismissed the issue since she was not at fault and the previous owner was no longer there, she gladly accepted to change my polish at no extra charge! I decided to come here after seeing the great reviews, but not sure what the hype is. The ladies were nice initially, but as soon as you start making requests, they become indifferent. I got dip powder nails with gel, which I usually get (without gel) and lasts at least a month anywhere else I go. When I had my nails dipped here, they started lifting at 2 weeks and I kept getting hair stuck in them when I brushed my fingers through. The paint job was a bit sloppy as well.
