Still my favorite place to visit and the couple that runs this salon takes good care of me - really all their customers. Each time I'm there they seem to know their clients and welcome everyone coming through the door. Five new pedicure chairs line the back wall! They have lights in their bucket and are super comfy. Over all the work is decent. However, the husband, wife team can sometimes they can be rude and unprofessional. For example, saying the color on a sample was the same color of polish on your nails which it was not, and the last time which will be the last time,I came in 15 minutes early to select a polish to save time for them for a manicure /pedicure and was rushed to go before my appointment time. Then was brought a color I did not select for my toes so I had to pick another color. I was told I was wasting her time and started ranting on and on about it, and she had other customers... The place was empty !20 minutes after my appointment. no one else has shown up. This was the last straw! read more

I have the worst nail experience ever!!! The owners were very rude!! Especially the wife. I came in after work and wasn't sure what color I wanted so I was taking a little time looking for a color. The wife came up to me and asked me what color I wanted. I said I don't know yet and she told me to hurry up. She said we wanna get out of here, so hurry up!!! And she continued to be rude. I told her I can just leave if you want. And they were going to charge me for the entire service when they only filed and took off my nail polish. I said then I want you to do my nails if you're going to charge me. It was a very awkward experience after that. Then I asked for my receipt at the end and the husband said why you want it for your taxes in rude sarcastic way because he didn't want to be trouble troubled to go get my receipt. after all that I want my receipt because I don't trust them. The place isn't anything special either, little hole on the wall. I can't believe how rude these people are. If you don't want your day to be spoiled, don't go here!!! read more

Visited Creative Nail Salon today while in town for business. I had broken a nail and of course it was driving me crazy. Walked in without an appointment and was greeted warmly by Jennifer who then fixed my broken nail and did a full set of dips. My nails look great! I will definitely make this a stop when I'm in the area again! read more

I have been getting a manicure and pedicure here every month for 2 years. The three staff members are extremely nice. They are gentle and I haven't had an ingrown toenail since I started with them. I've been three other places in jtown and felt like I was in a cattle call. I love the individual attention. Prices are good and everything is extremely clean. read more

They did a great job with my manicure. My nails don't feel too thin and the color was applied beautifully. I really like the hand massage and hand warmers! It made my skin feel so soft and it was a luxurious feeling. The salon was very well taken care of and everything was sanitized. It was a great experience! read more

I have never seen anyone take off my gel nails using his own fingernail. They had very limited options of gel colors and I was not happy with the end product. read more

This place is not clean. I came in on a Friday night about 6:30 to get a shellac manicure and a standard pedicure. I waited for 30 minutes before I was taken to a seat to soak my feet because there were only 2 people working. Once I sat, I noticed that the gentleman was finishing up the ladies beside me. He did not put their sandals on them or the disposable flip flops before he asked them to get out of the chair to go dry their toes under the light. I was horrified as there were lots of nail clippings on the threadbare carpet in front of my chair. I quickly decided that before he painted my toes, I would slip on my flip flops. He acted really confused at this and a little aggravated at me and tossed the toe separators to the side like I'd offended him. I felt like skips were passed over on my pedicure and he was very rough with the little hook-shaped tool that you dig the skin around the nail out with. He did not clean off my toe nails with alcohol before polishing, even though he'd just slathered lotion all over my feet. I doubt the polish will last very long. Onto the shellac manicure. It was "ok". He was rough with the cuticle nipper and made me bleed a couple times, but that's happened before. When I left, I noticed that the polish is smeared around the tips of my fingers and on the sides of my fingers where he didn't wipe it off before it dried. All in all, for the money, this place is not worth it. The whole "walk barefoot on strangers' toenail clippings" ordeal really freaked me out. Gross. read more

***AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE*** This is seriously the most awful place I've ever been to. First let me start off by saying I came in for a pedicure sat down in The chair (which only vibrated no actual massage) there was a lady next to me that was already getting a pedicure. In the whole time that I was there she still was getting a pedicure the guy that did my toes took no time with me at all and my toes literally look like a two-year-old painted them. He charged me extra to take the shellac off of my toes and left half of it on there just painted over top of it. When it was time to pay my total was $30... 25 for the pedicure + 5 for the shellac getting taken off. I handed him $40 he then gave me $6 back (I hadn't tipped yet)I told him that that was the incorrect change he accused me of stealing money from him and putting it in my wallet in front of everyone in the salon.
