I hesitate to get my nails done usually because of high prices but when I do I expect decent customer service and LASTING nails. I was on vacation visiting family and decided to treat my mother. Sadly my gel manicure which was a very basic style Lasted ONE day although I was told it would last at least 2 weeks. I do not recommend spending money at this salon. There is no ventilation so all you are smelling is nail polish removal and I spent over $200 on my and my mothers nails for them to last ONE DAY. Customer service from Vanessa (I believe the owner) left me uncomfortable as she gave me attitude when I tried to reassure her kindly that it was not my intention for her husband to make her feel rushed when he asked her if she received my $80 Venmo payment. Her husband is a kind person but DOES NOT know how to do professional nails. The person helping my mother also did not do a good job in cleaning. It is basically a day and 2 hours of my work time to pay to get my nails done I CANNOT IMAGINE someone paying for that service with minimum wage. I not only paid $75 and $80 I gave 15% tip as I respect their work, however, I expect more for my money's worth. Not coming back and strongly do not recommend. read more

Honestly This is the WORST salon i have ever been to..I came in and asked for a fill on my hands and a fill for my toes since i get acrylic on them. They call me to sit in the pedicure chair and peter proceeded to tell me i didn't need a fill on my toes. The owner vanessa came and told him yes i did. They literally started arguing whether i needed a fill or not...he proceeded to file my acrylic on my toes and add the gel polish on top, It wasn't even the same color i picked out. you can see the gap where he filed and just put gel polish on top. My toenails were so rushed, my pinky nail came off and ripped my nail with it! he seemed so annoyed to even be working on me. Vanessa started my nails before another lady that was already there before me, now they started bickering over why i was getting my nails done first! Vanessa was upset i had 4 colors picked out for the designs i wanted. she completely rushed my designs so they came out looking so wonky and patchy. in the middle of doing my nails she decided to kick her sandals off and work in her bare feet. The worst customer service from the owner Vanessa . It was my fault for going to another nail salon to get my nails done that I didn't like. So I went to creative nails after being referred by a friend. All I was asking was for them to shave my nails and shorten them. Vanessa looked at my nails said it was a waste of her time in a loud voice. She made a big seen. I was so embarrassed. I said I was going to pay you and tip you. I already had a headache so I'm trying to relax....the owner walks in yelling at her child (she needs to control her temper) making their personal affairs everyone's problem. Very convenient to go there if you're in sanger and don't want to drive all the way to Fresno. Little bit expensive (my usually set of coffin shaped acrylic nails with gel polish is $43) they do a great job tho. I recently went to the salon to get my nails and eyebrows done. The way my nails turned out was okay. But they really screwed up my right eyebrow. They did my left eyebrow fine. But when the lady did my right eyebrow. I flinched because my right side is a little more sensitive but the lady had already payed the wax and the pice of paper. Anyway the next day after having them done I woke up and one nail had already chipped. I literally had done nothing with my hands to have one chip. They where just of really poor quality . I went back in and asked for my money back because I knew there gel just wasn't going to last . They refused to give me my money back telling me that there's no refunds for a "service" . Poor gel fills some black on edge nail bed didn't notice until after gel dried. Lady said nothing can fix I tried to take it off really??? Poor communication If it was brought up to my attention I would of got a dark polish not French If she did a normal fill like normal manicurists do they do clean up the nail more. I've been going to this place for about 2 years now. Was usually always satisfied with their work. But today I walked out of there. I got there at 1:45 and was waiting for a pedi and mani, the lady that was working was kind of all over the place. They were back and forth between clients. A lady walked in at about 2:50 and I was still sitting there waiting, well the lady asked how long for a pedicure and the lady replied "30 mins". So I'm sitting there waiting and it's about to be 3:15pm (I still hadn't got called up) and the lady that was told it would be a 30 min wait, was getting up to leave because we both so no progress. As she gets up the lady says "no don't go me and him are done you're next" and the lady said "what about her?" (Referring to me as I had just finished telling her I had been waiting for over an hour) well the lady said "she's next come". So they sat her down on a chair and started filling up the water. The lady then goes to attend another client at the register, I walk up and say I won't be doing a manicure cause I had somewhere to be and she totally ignored me and then I told her how I had been waiting for over an hour and her best response was "we busy". After she sat the lady down who had been there 25 mins when I was there an hour and a half!!! I walked out pissed. Never ever going back there. I went back today 1/18/18, to see if they could fix my polish because it did not look professional. The lady that fixed my nails just covered over what he did and was very very very rude to me. Got my nails done there for the first time when a few friends already been recommending me for a while. I work in Fresno and would go to a salon there for the convenience but trying a find a new place in town closer to home. I like my nails natural and short because I'm a working lady and I type all day long . This guy was fast and good. My nails came out so natural that everyone at my work thought they were my own. The best part is my nails are still perfect and no lift whatsoever after 3 weeks. I was back yesterday for a refill and this time around I had a girl . She was just as good and fast. She told me they both been doing nails for over 10 years when I asked her. They speak very good English unlike the other shop I was going to. The other one to get then to understand me they needed to call someone over to translate that person sometimes don't know English too well either. They were polite and took their time to explain to me the different kinds of nails because they have all types of nails done here. I'm so happy that I found this place. I should have listened to my friends sooner. I came on a Saturday so I had to wait a little bit (30 mins) but I got my nails done so fast and good I didn't mind the wait. read more

Recently moved here, I wanted to pamper myself so I thought about trying this nail salon. Decent from the outside, I usually pass by it every day, since it's on my way to work. Never seems to be empty. As I stepped in, I wasn't greeted, they didn't even bat an eye at me. I smiled and said "hi. Do you guys have time for a fullset?" And nothing, a guy looks up and says "sign there." I was astounded by the lack of customer service. I didn't let that bother me, I continued to sign on a 99 cent note book (name and service) I waited about 7-10 miniutes. I was told by the same gentleman to sit 'over there'. I was appalled of the DUST and DEBRIS surrounding me. As if, she had never cleaned from the last 3+ clients. Straw wrappers on the floor. I wanted to leave there and then. I should've.... I proceeded. "What do you want?" She said. "I would like oval nails." I replied. "Do you even know what oval is?" She mocked me. "Yes, I do." (I'm a cosmetologist) Keeping my calm. Nonetheless., she started moving along rather quickly. No one was waiting but she was rushing. I cautioned "i have thin nails, please don't file to harshly." She dramatically stopped "Well, if that's what you want don't come back if your nails fall off. We don't give refunds and it's not OUR fault!" I was speechless. I just responded "okay, I understand." Fast-forward- The service continued. By the time it was over I asked her "how much is it?" Without eye contact or professionalism she proclaimed "$30 dollars." Just a fullset of acrylic and polish. No gel. With the work and timely matter.. very unreasonable. I didn't ask questions. Paid and left. I've been to plenty of Nail Salons, by far the worst service I have ever received. I will NEVER return. If California State Board were to stop by, I wouldn't be surprised if they were to be shut down. Disgusting place. Avoid if possible. read more
