Have been twice to this salon. Highly recommend Mimi, she is kind with great attention to detail…read more She is careful to make your experience pain free and enjoyable. She does not rush through the process. She delivers an excellent hand and foot massage and it is quite lengthy. On my first visit the massage was practically non existent and my nails where done hastily with little regard as to the outcome . I give 4 rather than 5 stars as I am concerned about tools not being sterile. Blood borne pathogens and other infections, fungal, bacterial, etc. are a concern when injuring the skin. Overall, quite content with my experience and nails look great. Thank you Mimi for your excellent care.

I have been getting gel manicures for many years and never were they that thick. So thick that I had difficulty getting my contacts out that night. I don't think they cured properly and they were almost sticky when I was in the shower. They also gave me two "free" nail designs and I am not an artist but I could have done better! My husband said it looked like I had a bug painted on my nails. I did pay and did tip because that's who I am. The owner asked if everything was fine and I said yes - first because I didn't have the time to get them fixed as I needed to go to work and second because I was frustrated and wanted to leave. The next day I went to a different place to have the gel taken off and reapplied. They kept asking "what type of gel is this" because it was so thick. When I explained I had them done the day before they said oh no because they looked like they had been grown out for a week.
