I called ABT and spoke with Lou (his direct # 847-954-4140). I did some research before I called and liked the Samsung 55." 4K NEO QLED, originally $1,297.99, on sale for $897.99. Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job! Between Daniel and Austin it took less than 2 hours to get the pool to the point where I could finish filling it and get the pump running. By the next morning the water was clear to the bottom and it will only be a matter of time before we're enjoying our afternoons in the water. They went the extra mile by not only putting the stairs in for me but for finding a way to get the mat under them so I didn't need to jump into the 50 degree water to get in place. It's our 5th season with the pool and this level of service is what will drive us to be lifetime customers of Aqua Pool and Spa. During the opening process it was discovered that we would need a new winter cover for next season. They were nice enough to roll the old one up and take it away for me. I do not know much about gardening, they provided flower types that are hardy enough to withstand the cool spring nights. Yesterday I did the pumpkin decorating class. We got two large pumpkins and got to pick either a white or blue pumpkin. The supplies to decorate were plentiful. They provide all kinds of ideas and examples. The instructors are very friendly and helpful. I do not consider myself a creative person but after these classes I do! Many people brought snacks and drinks. Definitely a fun night out.
