Absolutely thrilled with the beautiful professional job Master Craft & Design did on my kitchen…read moreremodel. Ed, the owner, called me back within an hour of my original phone call, and came out the same day! His communication was awesome, and I received the quote within a few days. (I received 3 quotes but Ed's was the fastest and most fair). They have tons of outstanding reviews and now I know why. They came in on budget and did not charge me for anything extra. Exactly what we agreed upon. I was able to go into their showroom in Fox Lake and worked with Ed and NeCole. They were very helpful and offered up some really cool ideas. I was able to pick out exactly what I wanted with a great selection. This kitchen project was a total gut job all the way down to the studs. They took out a bedroom and expanded the kitchen. Also added a sliding glass door and an island with a wine fridge and built in microwave and garbage/recycling bins. The cabinets are quality. The backsplash goes all the way up to the ceiling with a stainless-steel hood. The quartz countertops are modern, unique and stunning! It turned out magnificent! Better than I even imagined it. When my family and friends come into my house they say...WOW!!! This is amazing!!! Looks like a whole new house. The construction workers showed up on time, were very respectful, knowledgeable, did very professional precise work while respecting my privacy. Bob was fantastic, and asked me questions along the way to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. They even swept the floors every day when they were finished! I couldn't be happier with Master Craft & Design. I am thrilled with their beautiful and professional work, and were so easy to work with. I also feel like I have made some new friends. The only regret I have is I wish I did this 5 years ago! I will be sure to call Master Craft & Design for my next home renovation project!
