Throughout the entire process, Steve was extremely helpful at guiding me to find the right product to use and very patient with my "type-A personality" as I asked his team to tweak the designs several times before they went to print. In the end, I received precisely what I envisioned thanks to Steve's ability to translate my wants into tangible designs. Steve was very responsive and made the whole experience seem personal - he even went so far as to personally deliver my cards and sticky notes to me at my office in-person. Summit Communication Resources elevates the bar of what a printing/promotional company should be. Highly recommended.

Chris was extremely helpful with getting the print job into their busy schedule. I got the quote and we conversed even on how I would be attaching the artwork to the cap--you can tell Chris cares! I got two prints in just 2 hours. I would give five stars but the payment process is what knocked out a star for me. The process was very slow and unclear. First when I entered, no one greeted me which usually leaves the customer confused. I stood around until the nice man at the register finished processing a transaction with another customer. Then, I was greeted and got the prints. I was told for a minimum print it's $6.50 cash and $10.50 with card (ahead of time on the phone which was great). I wanted to pay with cash but they don't take anything larger than $50 which I would have liked to know ahead of time since it's a big price jump. I ended up paying with card for the sake of time. The man at the register was really sweet but just extremely slow. I just wasn't counting on spending 15min just to process a payment and pickup. Overall I'd come back. They did a great job with processing my art and being responsive on the phone. Their print job is very high quality. Just needs better communication when it comes to payment rules and time.
