I politely referenced my previous email saying I wanted rackcard duplex and did not state that I wanted folded in that email; her ego took a huge hit since she didn't pay attention to the first email very well and responded that she isn't interested in doing the job. Well, if they can't pay attention to a simple request for "rackcard duplex" that does not say "folded" - I wouldn't want to do business with them anyway. That kind of attention to detail is necessary when working with small businesses and their marketing materials. Marketing materials costs are lot of money for small businesses. Buyer Beware! If you do business with them, be sure to get proofs before approving jobs - they might not read your request well, just as Danielle demonstrated in this situation. Google reviews show many of the same type of negative reviews, including the wrong stuff printed in an entire magazine or bumps in collector item books.
