It was a picture of to young children sharing a malt together. Above the picture of the two, my mom wrote our names. It touched my heart and I wanted to preserve the card and her signature. I wanted to preserve the orginal handwriting to be transferred to the 24in X 36in canvas print that we had this card blown up into. It came out absolutely amazing! My company has an account with Biltmore Pro Print and today they came through above and beyond my…read moreexpectations. Every year I have certificates that I need printed on heavy card stock. Typically, I do this on my office copier. However, it is not working right now. So I contacted another local printer, but they were not able to complete my job on the same day. So I called Biltmore Pro Print and spoke to John. I needed about 75 color copies on my provided heavyweight card stock. I asked if this would be possible to print while I waited. He confirmed that it could be done within minutes and so I headed over with my flash drive and paper. When I arrived, I was greeted by John, who was so friendly and welcoming. He took a look at my project and even though their main copier had just went down, luckily their backup copier was working. He quickly pulled up by my documents and asked a few clarifying questions about how they were to be printed. He sent a test to the copier to make sure it looked correct. The first copy looked great so he sent the remaining documents to the copier. Unfortunately, the way they were sent to the copier combined the documents, as if they were one form instead of each individual PDF being printed. I remember this happened one other time at another printer, and I forgot to mention it today. We caught the error, but not until after there were multiple duplicate certificates printed. We were able to quickly identify which ones had not printed and he re-printed them at no additional charge. This is something I did not expect and him so grateful for this level of customer service. The cost for all of my copies was less than half of what the other printer wanted to charge. John was very helpful and I am grateful for his kindness. I cannot express how content I am with the level of customer service and this experience has solidified my commitment to using this company for all of my future printing needs. Thank you so much! I will absolutely recommend you to anyone who needs printing services.
