I Love Cartridge World! There, I said it! Saves me a BUNDLE…read moreon those pesky OVERLY expensive INK JET cartridges! Thought I'd check it out and WOW! I am so glad I did! This place is fantastic! Pretty much any printer cartridge can be refilled and these folks are very knowledgeable about what kinds of things the printer manufacturers DON"T WANT YOU TO KNOW! Yes REFILL your ink cartridges! It's much more affordable and the folks at this location are GREAT! Very friendly and professional. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me out and explained how it all works. She was wonderful. My only regret is I did not find this place sooner! Try it out next time you feel like a victim for paying to much for stupid ink jet printer ink. Don't get new... GET REFILLED! Works like new at half the cost! Don't forget, save your old cartridges and BRING THEM WITH YOU (I think there is a core charge if you don't have empty cartridges to swap them?) I may be incorrect about that but I'm pretty sure they want your fresh empties so they can refill them too! Just call or visit their website for the correct procedure. Wish I could remember and its 10pm or I'd call myself lol.

Both times I been here the front lady had been condescending in some kind of way. I don't recommend this place unless you want to be talked to rudely for simple questions. I went to Ups down the street and no one there was like that. The extra star is for the guy in the back, who a has been somewhat nicer.

Breach of Contract…read more I contracted with Az Pro Signs on 12/21/2011 for a Carbon Fiber Wrap of my rear bumper with a 3 year warranty for vertical surfaces and 1 year for horizontal surfaces. I paid $405.48 for this contract. I took my car back to them in July 2012 with a defect in the rear bumper wrap. I offered to pay Jason P. for the work. Jason said that he did not like the way I looked, would take money for repair and did not want me to come back to his shop again. Another company reviewed the Az Pro Signs work said it was substandard quality and would have to strip the entire rear bumper and start from scratch If I wanted a warranty. Because I no longer have a warranty from Az Pro Signs I want a complete refund of $405.58 to have the job done right by another shop.

What was most remarkable, however, was that within hours of sending my final proof to Jason, the owner, he had it printed and shipped via overnight service so it was in my hands LESS than 24 hours after I placed the order! The banner looks great and is durable enough (it's weather proof!) that I'll definitely be able to use it again. I had a few questions while I was designing our banner and Jason always responded very quickly in a friendly demeanor. I would highly recommend his company for banners and signs big and small.
