Jim came out the same day and estimated the job and told me they could start in next 2 days and the price was hundreds less than my first quote and he even talked me out of pruning one of my Evergreen trees because it was the wrong time of year. This type honestly is big in my book. I had them removed 2 Choke Cherry trees because they were overgrown and now dying. They used their remote control machine to grind the stumps into nothing. You can't even tell they were ever there. I have other trees that needed trimming, shaping and pruning and the crew skillfully tackled the job with ease. One tree had a spa below and not a single tree branch touched the spa. These guys are good! A sign of a good job has always been clean up. I watched them police my entire yard for any branches or leaves that may have scattered. If you want clean and quick service for a great price hire these guys!

Their crew then came out and did an astounding job. Now, a year later, I needed some other work done and again, they came out to give me a quote and again, their price was excellent. The crew today did as fantastic of a job, as the guys that came out a year ago. Consistency in price and service performance are key to me and Forest Management provides both. If I were you, I'd call Forest Management for any of your tree service needs.

I authorized them to come into our back yard if necessary to better access them. As they were leaving our back yard via the side gate, my wife heard a bang and an expletive. We didn't think anything of it at the time, but two days later, we discovered parts of the gate broken off and leaning up against the side of the house right next to the gate. I called the property manager to identify the landscaping company and get their phone number. After calling, they sent the workmen back out to investigate. I showed them the damage and they claimed that they found it that way. After a bit of escalation, they told me that their supervisor would call to work it out. For over two weeks, I have not heard anything even after attempting to follow up both directly and through the property manager. 6/13 UPDATE: I received a follow-up call with an apology and commitment to resolve this. The lack of response was due to some unfortunate and understandable circumstances. I will update my review when appropriate.

Grass always looked great and trimming my 200+ plants/bushes/trees on that property was always professionally done. Since have downsized to a smaller house and yard. Tony and crew came out and removed several invasive trees from a small yard and just completed an awesomely cool water feature with original looking plants, sandstone boulders, big slabs of turquoise quarts (I think) and river rock. Pump flow is adjustable from the bubbler rock and secondary hidden outlet and both streams have a couple different little falls that 'fall' perfectly. Wish I had before pictures, completely different feel in the back yard now from stuffy and overgrown to relaxing and calm.

I have to agree with this review and others that talk about price and customer service…read more This company is by far the most expensive landscaping company in the valley. I was hoping for great customer service and the best lawn around. I made approx 6 calls throughout the summer for different issues. I left messages but never received a return call. I once asked to have the owner call me back; nothing, crickets! I also did not see any improvement in my yard. They give you the song and dance about their chemicals; it's all hogwash! I'm so tired of big talkers and no service. You guys act like you're sooooo busy! Maybe so, but keep in mind the economy will turn one day, then you will see the repercussions of bad service. I suggest not wasting your hard earned dollars with this company. Lots of others to choose from! (less expensive and much better customer service) Please don't call me back this spring, I'm done with your company!
