She told me and my wife to go ahead and go grab a bite or a drink and she would have all the files from my old BETELGEUSE transferred over to the new one and would call my wife's phone when done. We went back after she called and my new phone was ready. She also let me leave the DEMONSPAWN there so she could reset it to factory setting so when I sent it back to DANTES 9TH LEVEL OF HELL it would be wiped clean. I arrived around lunch time and it was pretty busy but the line moved faster than any other post office I've been to, the ladies are efficient. There is free street parking and several spots in their parking lot, it is a very tight space and I'm thankful I drive a compact car. The worker that checked me out was pleasant. I was a little confused by them not placing a fragile sticker on my package although I answered yes to the fragile question. I asked and was told they don't apply a fragile sticker but I've been to other offices and they have. I'm thankful my package arrived to the recipient on time and not broken. I took my IPhone 8 to them to repair the screen. When I returned to pick up my phone I was advised that my home key was not working. Abdal had put a tool on the phone that is like a cursor so that I can utilize my phone. He repaired the screen but the functions of the phone are terrible. I was told to bring the phone back the next day and he would work on the phone. Long story short he removed the new screen and replaced my old screen and I was given a refund plus he gave me $10 for gas. The home key on my phone is still broken and the functions on my phone are horrible. I contacted Ensurance (the insurance company for AT&T) and to replace my phone I will have a $225.00 deductible. I contacted Abdal to see how we are going to handle this issue. He was out of control. He failed to listen to me. He was yelling and even had the nerves to say that I am trying to gouge his business. I am the one that has this raggedy phone. I feel like I went to the hospital with a broken finger and I left the hospital with a broken leg! I guess I will see A to Z Computers in court!
