I went in to add some fabric to a garment and they told me they couldn't do it. I told them what they needed to do- if I had a sewing machine and knew how to sew, I'd do it myself but that's why I came to them. They ended up understanding what I needed when I tried on the garment and showed them so at least they did the job but wow I wish there were other nearby places because this is not ideal. I also needed a cashmere cardigan hemmed and they said they were unable to work on cashmere. Strange....
