Which is fine but I explained to them it didn't have to be perfect. I just wanted it repaired to be worn again. They said their would have to hand sew it. Which was fine with me. It was pricier than expected however we live in an era where everything had gone up. I gave them 4 stars because of their confidence level when I first messaged them. Other than those issues I'm satisfied with the results to repair my military jacket.

I brought my wedding dress to Rose's Alterations, and I'm really happy with the results! The two…read moreladies who helped me were so kind and professional. My dress was way too big when I first brought it in, but they tailored it perfectly, added straps, and even included padding inside. It fit so much better after their work. The store itself smelled really nice and was very clean, which I appreciated. The whole process took about two weeks, and I believe I paid close to $300--though I'm not exactly sure. The only downside is that there always seems to be people begging for money outside the store and around the plaza. It didn't affect the service, but it did make me feel a little uncomfortable coming and going. Overall, I'd still recommend Rose's for alterations--they did a great job on something really important to me!
