    The entire operation minus the hard working tellers is TRASH!…read more How do I drop off a business account application (that first of all needs to be done via pen and paper) and have to go back in THREE WEEKS LATER to check on it because I've heard nothing from them and once I get there to check on it, the application is literally sitting in the same place it was when I initially dropped it off ... on the counter behind the tellers!!!???!!! No one touched the application! After I requested the application be reviewed they said it would be sent to their main office and I should hear from someone. Two weeks later after hearing from no one I went back in to the branch and was again told that the application was in the process of being reviewed and should hear from someone. A week later I finally receive a voicemail from the branch manager stating that they've been trying to reach me and if they don't hear from me the application and paperwork will be shredded. WHHAAAATTTT????? I literally yet again go into the branch and ask for the branch manager who left me that voicemail a couple of hours ago and was told she was gone for the day .... gone at 1pm on a Friday in the banking world is diabolical! They then tell me to come back the next day which I do and what do you know, the branch manager hasn't gotten in yet !!!!?????!!!! When I tell you I was FUMING ... WOOOOOSAH. So I decided to call back later that day instead of going in again and amazingly I'm able to speak to the branch manager and instead of truly reacting how I wanted to I simply ask her not to shred my documents and ask if she can leave them in an envelope for me to come pick up and she says yes. I go in to pick up the envelope and surprisingly it's there ! As I'm walking out something tells me to check inside the envelope and as per usual my instinct is on point because the APPLICATION IS NOT IN THE ENVELOPE ... the main item I asked her not to shred and to put in the envelope. I march right back inside and every employee in the branch knows I am about to lose my ish because no one wants to make eye contact with me. The main teller I usually deal with comes from behind the counter and asks what happened and when I tell him he just shakes his head and asks if I want to speak with the branch manager to which I said yes. Luckily I had to wait a good 10-15 minutes because it allowed me to cool down but in that time I decided I'm done with this branch and the entire dang institution so when I meet with her and listen to the lies roll off her tongue I just sit there smirking at her because it's INCOMPETENCE AT ITS FINEST! Like the other 50-11 reviews say, STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Customer service is NOT the credit union they are NOT helpful... They are an outsourced company with limited capabilities. The actual Credit Union has painfully slow responses, and even less care for the customer's time. They do things when THEY get ready.....Not optimistic for improvements at all. It's just a no for me all the way around after being a customer for YEARS! Still a NO!

In full disclosure, I have known John Benson (RHE's owner & broker) for over 20 years, and ultimately chose him based on our friendship rather than a referral or advertisement. That aside, from a business and professional perspective, it turned out to be the wisest decision we could have possibly made. Based on his performance and the performance of all of the businesses/resources in his reach, I am absolutely confident he and Remax Home Experts extends the same dedication and service to all potential clientele. Our situation was extremely difficult to begin with. We were in the waning months of recovering from a disastrous move to the Northern Mariana Islands. Because of the way mortgage entities operate, our forward financial projections (which were very promising) meant nothing, and we were stuck with the shaky positions of our past financial history during the qualification process. Further, while we had the means to pay for a mortgage on a monthly basis, we had very little in savings and virtually no leverage to bargain with should a tight negotiation ensue. All-in-all, we were very difficult clients from the start. Further, the time we chose to look for a house was most likely the most difficult era for homebuyers since the 1970's. While the guise of a 'buyer's market' emanated through the media filter, the plain fact was that the terrible decisions of the financial industry and the repercussions of the collapse of so many financial institutions made it nearly impossible to secure a mortgage, especially given our personal financial situation. Mr. Benson took all of this into account from the start and used a very diligent, realistic approach to help us buy a home. Sadly, he didn't know what he was in for with us. Over the course of almost a year, we looked at over a hundred properties and made several offers. Because of the difficulties with obtaining a mortgage (banks absolutely did not want to lend money to anyone at that time,) and a litany of other problems, such as, inspection failures, inept foreclosure processes, inabilities to obtain Occupancy Certs, etc... (you name it and it happened,) each and every offer fell apart. In this time, I realized just how awful many Realtors and Real Estate Brokers can be at their profession. Many, many times, our intent to buy a home from a Realtor was squashed not by the seller or the financial process; but by the laziness, half-hearted approach, or simply complete incompetence of the Realtor, him/herself. My wife and I were astonished on several occasions by the tepid and duplicitous practices of many of these folks, and often, we found ourselves wondering how it was that these folks made any income whatsoever selling Real Estate. Trust me, our experience with 90 percent of these other Realtors was worse than my limited vocabulary can muster in this review. Luckily, we were absolutely blessed with having Mr. Benson & Remax Home Experts representing us. This was an extremely difficult process all-the-way around. John & his staff explained the potential difficulty from day one, and, rather than walking away from the start, stuck with us until the grueling process was at last completed. On several occasions, Mr. Benson actually prevented us from giving it up altogether. Even in the darkest days of our frustration, he never lost his resilience and dedication to the job at hand; all the while maintaining a realistic and honest approach to the situation and the range of homes we should be considering. There was never a gimmick, nor a false-promise given. Everything came from a sound, wise and competent perspective. Things we want are difficult to get. Mr. Benson clearly understands that and made an astounding effort to help us reach the ultimate goal. My wife and I now live in a lovely home in Quakertown thanks to Remax Home Experts and specifically, thanks to John's great strength and dedication to his profession. I'm not big on saying I couldn't do something without someone; but in this case, My wife and I absolutely could not have done this without Remax Home Experts. I was dealing with another mortgage…read morecompany and right before I was suppose to have a commitment they told me that they could not do the loan for me. I was persistent with them because I was confused by the issues that they were telling me about and I was trying to find ways to resolve them so that I could move forward. They did not want to help me. I guess since my issues weren't cut and dry, they didn't want to be bothered anymore. I didn't want to give up. My realtor told me to call Dan. It was a Saturday and I left a message, but even so, he called right back. I explained what had happened with the other company and the issues that they said were causing problems. He took all my information and ask me to send everything he needed and he got to work. It wasn't looking good. There were a lot of obstacles and waiting and a lot of persistence on Dan's part. He kept me updated whenever he could with whatever news he had. I was never in the dark. Then, the call came. We can proceed ! He did it! I will never begin to express the gratitude I have. He got me into my home. He got my family into our home. I would recommend Dan and his team to anyone who needs help with a mortgage. If you think that a mortgage is not a possibility for you, talk to Dan. He will tell you straight. If he can find a way he will and if not he jwill give you the resources to get you where you need to be. Just don't give up and keep working for what you want and he will give you the encouragement to get there.
