So every step of the way this second time around, I was stressed, scared, and nervous, but Dan and Tom were extremely patient with me and very helpful. I contacted Steve and right away he put my mind at ease, which is not a small feat. He explained the different options, conventional, FHA, borrower PMI, Lender PMI, etc. and put no pressure on me what so ever. He also was extremely efficient and knowledgeable with regards to estimated closing costs and quick with advice on how to save money on things like title insurance and homeowners insurance. As luck would have it we fell in love with a home at the end of December and Steve and his team sprung into action. They moved so quick and had everything set up perfectly.
