John spent a lot of time with me to get an accurate picture of what I wanted, and where I stood financially to get me the best deal that he could. When we very suddenly found ourselves putting in an offer on a house, I reached out to a few lenders my realtor suggested. I knew immediately that I wanted to work with Eric. Not only was he knowledgeable about the market, he was extremely strategic with what would be our best approach to financing our new home. Within an hour or so of speaking to Eric about our offer price, down payment preference, and monthly budget, he sent me multiple options for different kinds of financing. He was expedient, efficient, flexible, and was ready to change numbers on a dime (which we asked him to do many times!) He was readily available and even returned phone calls well into his "off" hours. He is dedicated and mindful of deadlines, something I had not found to be true with previous lenders.
