Not only was he knowledgeable about the market, he was extremely strategic with what would be our best approach to financing our new home. Within an hour or so of speaking to Eric about our offer price, down payment preference, and monthly budget, he sent me multiple options for different kinds of financing. He was expedient, efficient, flexible, and was ready to change numbers on a dime (which we asked him to do many times!)
