HOA fees jumped significantly without CCR even acknowledging the increase, let alone providing a justification. CCR failed to address a serious incident I reported to them about a Board member that left me feeling so uncomfortable in my own home that I had to move. It is validating to see very similar feedback from others on this forum. I rarely provide reviews but felt that it was too important not to warn others about CCR.

She raised her voice at me, my husband and baby, and spewed false accusations and commands all because we felt compelled to find out for ourselves if the unit we paid for is indeed available. We signed a lease and agreed to pay 3 additional months upfront (approximately $8k). Our lease should have started July 16 but the current tenants lease didn't end until July 31st! Jaya and Tanisha Sanchez did not do their due diligence before posting the unit to the MLS; it was very much occupied by someone else and we were put out of a home for just under a week. And their advise to us after our original move-in date passed: "just keep waiting" for the previous tenants to move out, with no end date in sight! Just a verbal confirmation from the tenant that they'll be out "soon". We waited 5 days past our lease agreement and paid $400/day out of pocket to delay our moving truck in addition to the hotel costs. I got their broker involved, David Ashe, and he said he'd call me back so we can discuss Jaya and Tanisha's poor behavior and colossal mistakes but he has yet to return my call. It's been a week now so my expectations are very low.
