Laura is the absolute best!…read moreWe were moving from out of state and needed someone we could trust to help guide us through the process of purchasing. We found Laura online, sent her an email and met in person a few days later. It was like meeting back up with an old friend. She is very personable, caring and professional. Within 72 hours we had the house we wanted and we were under contract. We had to go back to the state we were moving from and she took care of everything for us on this end. Giving us options for an inspector, making sure that was completed, meeting with the builder when we couldn't and making this all seamless as well as stress free. If you're looking to work with a true real estate and marketing professional that is also incredibly kind and thoughtful, you've found your person in Laura. Thank you for everything Laura!

She helped us navigate a crazy market and answered all of our questions big and small along the way--and as first time buyers we had a LOT of questions! With how hot the market has been, we weren't sure if we were going to be able to buy in the location we wanted, but with Laura's help and guidance we ended up with a far better home than we had imagined for ourselves. She helped us make a strong offer while still representing our best interests. Not only did she help us every step of the way, but she is also just a lovely person to be around and to work with. You'll love working with Laura (and her sister Alejandra also helps with home tours sometimes and she is also a treat!) if you're looking for a realtor in Chester County, look no further! :)

She was more concerned about maintaining her average selling time than she was handling the sell of our house. The worst was when she tried to put my husband and myself against each other to sell our house at a extremely low rate. At times treatment of us was abusive, pushy and threatening. In a market where the seller has the power, she pushed her agenda by making us pay for an unnecessary service of high priced pictures and staging expert. Would not recommend working with her if your looking for an experience without the stress and drama. I've kept all the emails and texts that display her extremely awful behavior.

Jamie knows I had a bad experience with a real estate agent and mortgage broker In the past (who didnt care about the client) so she made it her goal to make sure her clients feel heard, properly represented, and supported. She wants her clients to go into and leave the deal with peace of mind that they got the best deal possible. Jamie actually cares about her individual client's needs more than anything! she is building a brand and that brand is all about word of mouth and referrals based on ideal service and representation!
