Ultimately, my process of buying a house was not smooth... at all... by no fault of Kelly's, yet she was willing to help me make informed and intelligent decisions. I was repeatedly impressed that Kelly never forced her opinions onto me and only offered them when I asked, yet those opinions were ALWAYS outstanding. We had a very complicated situation involving an elderly relative who granted me power of attorney to deal with his affairs, including his house which was full of a quarter-century of hoarding. Because I live out of state, an airline flight away, Susan worked with me to get this house on the market. So much work was required, and her recommendations of resources were invaluable. Not only did she recommend high-quality people, but she was very sensitive to cost. Susan brought a unique blend of patience and focus to this project. She kept us on track but was never pushy or overly directive. I never questioned that she was doing her very best for us and was committed to getting the best possible return on investment for the house sale. Please bear in mind that she did all this through the COVID crisis which was a huge challenge. Susan is someone who worries about details -- stopping by the house during work to make sure all is ok, whether the new lock worked in the way it should, among myriad examples. Susan kept her eye on the market, and the best way to position the house for optimum sale. Finally, though, for me, Susan is considerate of the human side of buying and selling a house. No question was too small or annoying for her. She was patient and understanding through the process and has such a wonderful demeanor that I didn't feel that this was merely a business deal. Alice Hu was showing a home located on the same city block as my small business. Although there…read morewas a parking spot in front of the home she was showing, she chose to park in front of my small business, where there is a 15-minute city parking sign, thereby inconveniencing my customers. When she got out of her car, and I noticed she began to walk in a direction away from my business, I asked her why she would park in front of my business when it was obvious she wasn't coming into my business. Her response was to cuss me out. She was parked for significantly longer than the allotted 15 minutes. A few hours later, she left a 1-star Google review online for my business, even though she wasn't a customer. CONSUMERS BEWARE: If you need a realtor, choose one who is unlike Alice Hu, since she doesn't comply with parking signs, shows disrespect toward the neighbors of the properties she shows and is retaliatory if you point out her shortcomings!
