Evan confirmed the appointment but never showed up, never contacted me to cancel or explain, and did not answer my calls when I tried to reach him. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with Evan.

And with that kind of speed a seller & buyer both benefit from that kind of professionalism. You will too.

Brian made selling our home an incredibly smooth and successful experience!…read moreFrom our very first meeting, Brian impressed us with his professionalism, deep knowledge of the market, and genuine care for our goals. Selling a home can be stressful, but Brian took all the pressure off our shoulders and guided us through every step with clarity and confidence. He developed a strategic plan to list our home, including expert staging advice, beautiful marketing materials, and a competitive pricing strategy that brought in multiple strong offers within days. His communication was always clear and timely--we never felt out of the loop. What really stood out was how Brian handled negotiations. He advocated for us with skill and integrity, and we ended up selling our home for above asking price with terms that worked perfectly for our timeline. Even after the sale, Brian continued to support us with referrals and follow-up, showing just how committed he is to his clients beyond the transaction. If you're looking for an agent who will work tirelessly, communicate clearly, and deliver outstanding results--Brian is the one. We can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Brian, for everything. You made a potentially stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable!

I just closed on a house with Malcolm and Claudia's guidance, last week. He is everything I wanted…read morein an agent. He kept me very well informed throughout the process and was very thorough. I felt like I had his complete and undivided attention and he was very accessible anytime I felt like calling him, day or night. I'm a bit of a control freak and the home buying experience was an intimidating first for me that I wanted to desperately wrap my head around. Malcolm was great at listening and learning about my individual situation and used that to tailor an experience that I was comfortable with. Malcolm earned my trust early on and spent hours with me to help me understand every uncertainty. I knew that I was in good hands. I feel that the deal Malcolm negotiated for me was excellent. If given the opportunity, I would absolutely have Malcolm represent me for my next home purchase. However, since he did such a great job of matching me with a house that I love at a price I could afford, I don't see myself moving anytime soon.

It goes without saying that buying a home is one of the biggest decisions in life. My wife and I…read morejust got married and are planning to start a family, so we were looking for a large enough house in a good school catchment and a fun but safe and family-oriented neighborhood, within our budget, AND with high ceilings (I'm 6'8"). We were looking for a house we could see ourselves in for at least ten years. No small feat in the highly competitive and fast-moving real estate market environment that Philly is right now. We couldn't have done this without Paul. Paul was extremely patient with us from the beginning. We looked at dozens of houses slowly finetuning our needs and wants, which for my wife and I were quite different in certain areas at the start. While we were looking at houses Paul shared just the right amount of information on value, immediate neighborhood and his opinion on how each house could be improved. There was no pressure applied on his part; he did a really good job of staying unbiased and open minded. He never discouraged us from looking at any particular house. I think he really gets the decision-making process people go through to find what they are looking for and understands the Philly market well. When we finally decided upon a house, Paul guided us through a relatively stress-free offer, negotiation, and settlement process. We decided to "jump on" our house after only seeing it once, and given how fast homes are selling in Philly, we felt the need to act quickly. Paul made sure our offer got in at the end of a long workday, and we were under contract before the first weekend when apparently a mass of showings had been scheduled. Once we were under contract, Paul brilliantly negotiated a seller's credit that was significantly higher than we expected. We asked him how he did it, and he said simply that negotiation is his favorite part of the job. There were no hiccups while under contract at all, and Paul and the fantastic mortgage broker he recommended (Adam Funck of Annie Mac) were well ahead of any potential delay or missing information. Closing was a breeze, and we were in our new house before we knew it. Paul is smart, experienced, professional, good humored and was a pleasure to be around during what can be a stressful process. While house-hunting, my wife and I heard several stories from frustrated buyers who lost out on favorite homes because of mistakes or missteps made by realtors or mortgage brokers, so we feel extremely fortunate to have worked with Paul. I would highly recommend him as a realtor and I plan to work with him again soon on finding an investment property.

He talked down to our realtor through every negotiation. The house needed a new roof and Paul had someone without any licensing give quotes to negotiate. Thankfully, our realtor did not put up with this we had two reputable roofers come in. The sellers removed the doorbell...Paul tried to pass it off like it wasn't a fixture attached to the house. His agency, Keller Williams, actually stepped in to resolve it because Paul had lied. He tried to convince us to close without accepting all of the keys at the table. At closing, he was incredibly rude. While everyone went around and introduced themselves at the table, Paul was 15 minutes late and didn't even say hello to my husband and I. He shushed our attorney who was doing her best to be as reasonable as possible. He insulted us to our faces. The office manager even had to step in. I would never recommend using or dealing with Paul in any manner. If you do happen to be interested in a house he is selling, be sure 1. your agent is as amazing as ours was and won't accept his mansplaining and slimy behavior, and 2. you have an attorney at the closing table because he will try to pull one over on you at the last minute.
