I bought it from a flipper and as far as I can tell they purposely did everything as incorrect, dangerous, and just plain wrong as possible. So when I discovered this, I knew it was going to be a challenge to find someone that was both knowledgeable enough and honest enough to fix all the problems in my house and Scott has exceeded all expectations! He shows up on time, figures out all the various, confusing problems of my house, fixes them, and even takes the time to explain to me what was wrong, why it was wrong, what the proper code was, and what he was going to do to fix it. He even cleans up after himself when he is done. For the work he does and the speed he does it I would say he is very fairly priced! Very happy with the work Scott has done and I feel so much better knowing my house is safer for my family and me.

He called me after he'd finished, showed me everything he'd done, and answered all my questions. The place was spotless--always a good sign of the pride someone takes in their work, as far as I'm concerned. I highly recommend Tag.

Alec and Suzanne work as a cohesive, professional team and they are meticulous and knowledgeable in their work.  The top priority for them is to ensure the work performed meets all code and safety standards.  Alec examined the circuit box and all the wiring that had been done. He identified multiple problems that needed to be corrected in order to pass final inspection and offered excellent solutions.  He completed connections to two new Ring security cameras, two outdoor ceiling fans, multiple outdoor lights and outlets. More importantly, Alec made sure he was present during the final electric inspection so he could answer any questions the inspector might have. Residential Electric Solutions prices were not the cheapest, but were clearly outlined in the initial quote.  The work was done on time, neatly and professionally and all city inspections were passed.  It was very clear to us that Alec and Suzanne have a lot of experience with installing electric on new additions and we were thankful they helped us out of our nightmare. We would give them four and a half stars if allowed, the only mark down was for price.
