The staff is usually very friendly and helpful, but my recent interaction has made me question whether I will return. During my visit, I needed a box to ship my item. I noticed several empty boxes on the floor near the trash, as well as many overflowing from the outdoor trash cans. When I picked up one of these discarded boxes to use, a new employee, whom I believe was named Mariah (i belive) informed me that I was not allowed to use it and had to purchase a new one instead. I explained that I have never been stopped from doing this before. It makes little sense to force a customer to buy a new box when there are numerous empty ones being thrown away inside and outside the store. Insisting on an upsell rather than letting a customer reuse trash is poor customer service. While I was temporarily leaving to find a box elsewhere, I noticed the staff actively gathering the empty boxes to discard them. This experience was highly frustrating and fell far short of the customer service standards I have come to expect from your business. I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now.
