I ordered 50 postcard-sized prints and was charged 50 cents per sheet for cardstock, 60 cents per page for printing (total $27) and then was told it would be another $12 to have them cut!!? I ended up buying my own paper cutter for less than the cutting fee. What upsets me is the price to cut each invitation was included in the online price. I assumed the same would be true for an in store experience... I understand that individual locations are independently owned, but UPS should explicitly state on its website that services and pricing vary by location, or make online print-to-pickup available. The lack of transparency is ridiculous and made this much more expensive and frustrating than it needed to be.

She insisted that was the cheapest option. I told her I will check USPS to see what they have. She then tells me, "the cheapest option at USPS will be $26." That didn't sound right to me, so I left. Out of curiosity, I then went over to the Post Office. I asked how much it would cost to mail the book, and wouldn't you know it, the 8.5x12 mailer was $2.51 and the Media Mail shipping was $5.13 totaling $7.64! I find employees that intentionally lie about the pricing of another institution (even though it may be a competitor), in an attempt to close business is incredibly deceptive and unethical.
