The person who's supposed to work on a special part of the car was out that day and he had to leave his car overnight. Remembering that his garage door opener and other personal items were in the car, a call was made to see if the garage could store his car inside the shop for safety. Sullivan's did just that. That's assurance their customers needed to hear. While online reviews are great, direct referrals from people you care about are unmatched because they represent proven reliability, established trust, and personal care. He is reliable, punctual, and courteous, and he does great work, often going well above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We're like you; we scoured Yelp for the best reviews before reaching out to multiple landscapers. We had a hard time finding someone who would (a) respond, (b) show up at the agreed time to provide an estimate, and (c) show up at the agreed time to do the work. We actually hired a different landscaper, who didn't show up to do the work after multiple reschedules. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we hired Carlos. If he doesn't respond to your message right away, give him a little time -- he's probably out working! We initially hired Carlos for a one-time project that included cleaning and re-mulching plant beds, weed removal, and trimming dozens of monstrously overgrown rose bushes and other plants. His estimate was reasonable and he arrived on time for each visit. He and his crew did a great job and totally transformed our yard. Based on the good experience with the one-time project, we hired Carlos for biweekly service. He has reliably shown up every time for the past six months, and continues to do great work. We just asked for basic maintenance like grass trimming and leaf blowing, but he has consistently gone above and beyond to maintain the work he did with the one-time project, which we didn't expect, and continues to blow us away with the scope and quality of his work. Since my car went in for her regular maintenance just a week ago, I know I'd pass inspection. We are lucky to have a smog garage near us. Advanced Auto Center has been our go-to garage for our car's care. They certainly take care of our cars. The owners and staff are friendly, efficient, and shows they care about their clients. Both Kutter and Kambria are friendly, engaging, great listeners and above all, knowledgeable. I brought my 2014 Dodge Charger for service. What I received was way more. When I returned to pick up my car, I found Kambria had performed a diagnostic of my car. She explained that is standard procedure for all customers. Thanks to the extra customer service, I learned that the ball joints and upper control arms needed replacement, as well as an alignment, brake fluid system flush and air filter housing. Fortunately, when I purchased my car I also purchased a Chrysler Max Care warrantly. The ball joints and upper control arms were covered by the warranty. So off to the CDJR dealership in Fresno I went. While there, the service advisor said he would match costs for brake fulid flush, alignment and air filter housing. From the dealership, I called Kambria about the offer. She told me she would perfectly understand if I chose to have the dealership perform the repairs, since the car was already there. I thanked her and I assured her that I already agreed to have Advanced handle the additional repairs, and an agreement, is an agreement. I thanked the service writer for his kindness and explained that the three additional repairs were promised to Advanced. I brought the car back to Advanced and once again Kambria handled the repairs. As an aside, I also wanted to install a back up camera for my PT Cruiser; not an easy feat since the car sits close to the ground. Kutter researched, found and installed the perfect back up camera. I've been around for a while and over the years have worked with various repair shops. Right from the beginning, Kutter and Kambria treated me like I was their only customer.
