In particular, the one did not have any cardboard filler (the 2nd one did), so the gaps between strands was very noticeable. The two chairs look totally different, and nowhere near as good as the original. I knew this was not a specialty, but if they couldn't do the job properly, they shouldn't have taken it. A week…read morelater, after sitting in one of the chairs, the material buckled and wrinkled in a section on the cushion. First, the owner, Joe, gave us a tough time about addressing the issue. Instead of him coming to the house to pick up the cushion, we were supposed to drop it off at his store - 40 minutes from where we live. Poor customer service. He arrived to pick up the cushion, examined it, and tried to ameliorate every which way he could that this was normal, happens frequently with wear (not even a month old), complained that he had to drive all the way to our home for nothing. The audacity! He was rude and just totally non-helpful. He was paid his fee and wanted no further involvement. Told us he would open up the stitching, but the same thing would happen again. Really? How come the other cushions were fine? We had to force him to take it back to try to fix it. Just a bad experience all the way around!!!! Find yourself another upholster on the Main Line.
