The initial call was pleasant enough but after at least ten tries to get them to actually pick up the carpets I give up. Now I'm stuck two weeks away from an event in my home with dirty rolled up carpets. I even tried theier "emergency" number and still nothing. Bottom line: Don't waste your time trying to do business with Middleton, take your business elsewhere.

Thanks Joe!

Cathy told me she would keep me updated but I guess once they have your money you are no longer a priority. Cancelling my order and going somewhere else. Contacted Karissa as requested and never heard back. Was told my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund but they continued with making the order, shipping it and now won't respond back. This has been going on for over 3 weeks. Very poor customer relations. I would advise staying far far away from this company which by the way is not BBB accredited. Lack of follow up and misleading the customer is not good business practice.
