He was so helpful making sure we had all the materials at home in time. He coordinated us picking up pieces for our floor, from the same lot, from another location when we wanted extra just in case. Then our contractor ran out of wall tile. I still don't know why. Perhaps I had mismeasured. We needed 7 more discontinued pieces to finish the job, in hand over the weekend. I explained it in my layman's terms and hazy descriptions and he saw what I was envisioning. I didn't need to over-explain it or draw a picture. He just got it. Also, and more importantly, he's honest. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it. That never happens. Anyone else would have charged extra when they discovered the subfloor was rotted, or when they saw a 10 degree slope in the corner. Mike didn't. He stuck to what he said and even fixed a few wall tiles in the kitchen - no charge. Not to mention, his prices are a bargain. People with half his skill, wanted a whole lot more. Lastly, he's a friendly guy. I know it can feel awkward having a stranger in your home. Not with Mike. He's trustworthy, down to earth, and you'll be friends in no time.

I ordered tile for my daughters bathroom and the tile was nothing like the milky pink floor sample. I was not there at installation since we are building and once installed saw there were patches of gray squares throughout. See photos of floor display and then installation photos below. I also ordered my wood flooring through Porcelanosa at the same time. The floor sample and website show a consistent light even grain. Once installed it's a patchy brown mess. See photos below. I was given my money back for the tiles, but that does not help that I would have to pay to have the tile ripped out and then reinstalled again. I asked for the money it cost to install, but that was ignored. I put so much time into choosing the "right" colors for our new house and have felt nothing but disappointment and regret from this company:( The time and money spent and it looks like nothing I was promised.
