Sarah and the Creative Catering Staff absolutely made our wedding day INCREDIBLE!!! I truly, truly cannot recommend this establishment enough. We contacted so many different establishments about catering our wedding and it was so stressful. Immediately Sarah was different. She was so kind and welcoming right from the start, quick and clear in all of her communication, and worked within our budget to give us exactly what we wanted! We had a really unique dinner spread request for 250 people and she went above and beyond to accommodate. We had a lot of vegan and gluten free guests and she made sure they had options for the appetizers, dinner, and dessert. All of our guests RAVED about our food. So many people have asked us where it was from and I can't count the amount of people who thanked us for our choice in caterers/food!! Not only that but Sarah ran everything so beautifully and smoothly. Not once did I have to worry about a thing, and she caught and solved multiple problems before they happened! It was like magic! She made sure I, as the bride, ate and when we forgot a knife to cut the cake she was on it. Even when she was crazy busy running things, she was checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed at all times! Sarah and her team provided a great appetizer and taco buffet for my party! While I would change a couple of offerings, they/she provided what I ordered (Now that I know what to order, I would change it a bit, but not their fault). I had them staff it and they sent Jackson, who was so fabulous and professional. the cake I ordered was phenomenal! Everyone asked where it came from. I can't believe the extensive food and dessert menus this company has. Sarah and her team continue to amaze local catering customers with her food and exceptional service. I like that I can order my catering from them and then get my desserts and sweets from their partner Bakery GG Sweets (Paw Paw) without me having to shop two places. This past weekend, we used Creative Catering Services for our wedding. It was a hot humid July day and the food was perfect!! Sarah and her team worked so hard and our food was amazing!! All of our guests were coming up to us after dinner saying how great the food was. We are pretty big foodies, and my husband worked in a kitchen before so it was important for us to have a memorable meal. With Sarah and her team we were able to completely customize our meal from cocktail hour to dessert. There was no other place I found that would do that for us. We had a huge charcuterie board for appetizers and dinner was buffet style with a caprese stuffed pesto chicken breast, a chimichurri stuffed beef filet, with fingerling potatoes, garlic green beans, and bread. She made us a red velvet wedding cake for the two of us to cut and we had various mini cheesecakes and delicious lemon blueberry cupcakes with cream cheese frosting for dessert. The cupcakes were a crowd favorite. She uses the best local ingredients including Michigan blueberries! We had her sister, Kate, bartend our wedding and she was also so great! Sarah and Mia provided an absolutely delicious meal for my son's wedding. Mia arrived promptly and immediately began setting up for the hungry guests. From the salad bar, to the chicken, to the dessert, everything was delicious! Sarah was very attentive to our menu and offered solid advice on the dining choices. The bread was tasteless and bland..... at $6.00 each, I can purchase a better loaf of bread for a fraction of that price at Aldi, which is not known for their great bread. Went in for the cranberry walnut, which we were told sold out immediately, thereby leaving the only choices being sourdough and wheat. It was clear that these breads were not made in house, but rather thawed frozen loaves from some wholesale factory. Perhaps if you are selling out of a product that quickly, you might consider making more of that one instead of having to apologize for never having any an hour after you open. What might be even better would be to actually MAKE the bread in your kitchen. read more

Sarah and her staff were great to work with for our 90 person wedding. It was awesome that they offered bartending service as well! We loved that we were able to incorporate our grandma's desserts into our wedding menu and that we could custom make our menu to fit us and our guests. Sarah had good communication leading up to the event. She did arrive at the event about 20 minutes before the cocktail/appetizer hour was to start so that made me a little nervous. When we asked her in the walk through if one banquet table was enough to serve she said yes but on the day of the event it was not enough space so we had to sacrifice the carving station. Generally during the event things seemed a little rushed but the job got done and everything went well. Sarah even let us borrow her coolers and lemonade dispensers free of charge. Nicole, the bartender was awesome and went above and beyond cleaning up, serving, setting up etc. Ultimately we love going with a family owned business that was able to cater to our needs.
