Roll was very fresh, flavor was really good. Was tempted by all the goodies in the bakery case and went home with 3 different cupcakes, a slice of strawberry cake and a slice of chocolate cake and a mini berry pie. Liked the cake slices best, very moist and tasty. Frosting was light and fresh and not overly sweet like super-market bakeries. The carrot cake frosting didn't have enough cream cheese flavor, at least for my taste, but the cake was spiced just right. Haven't tried the pie yet. Would ABSOLUTELY make a point of returning here!!!

Soup was strange. Consistency of custard & not very tasty. Eclair for dessert - tasty. I think the highlight of this place is the BAKERY, not the restaurant! Nice variety of baked goods and desserts. Using my IMAGINATION, I can see coming back for breakfast & savoring some fresh hot coffee + a variety of tasty baked goods.

Kara not only created gorgeous cookies for two separate events; she made delicious cookies. I was…read morelucky to have any to take home. Remember to quickly set aside and hide your cookies you want to take home. The cookies are so good and beautiful that they will disappear. The first event was my son's graduation from SFSU. The graduation hats and gowns were a nice black color with gold tassels standing out, and the gator cookie was smooth with bright colors of bright gold and purple. We had two different graduating years as one graduation was in 2023 and the other was this year. Kara created a cookie for each year with a bit of sparkle in the frosting behind the year. We did vanilla and they were a hit. The second event was a large bridal shower. Between the three hostesses with very specific requests, we found four different designs and used some of Kara's. Let's start with ORDER THE LEMON COOKIES. Oh my goodness!!!! Delicious!!! Not that awful pledge flavor, but a light fresh meyer lemon taste. Because there is fresh meyer lemon in the dough and frosting. If you are a vanilla fan, then you will love the vanilla. It was also tasty. Lemon was the bride's choice, and a good choice it was! I cannot even describe how beautiful these cookies came out. We gave Kara photos and a color palate. As hostesses, we wanted these cookies perfect. They were. My only complaint is that when I got home, there weren't any left. We way over ordered, but the guests were so taken with the taste and how pretty the cookies were, they took three or four home for later with their coffee. Honestly, we over ordered because we wanted guests to take treats home to their families. I was so excited when I found a few in a bag for my son. My apologies for my crudy photography skills. The cookies were a take away gift, so they are in their little keep them fresh bags. Obviously the theme was Bride to Bee. The golds were pure and the intricacy of her decorating was meticulous. We couldn't have asked for more amazing cookies. Guests are still talking about them. Thank you, Kara, for putting so much heart and artistry into making our two major celebrations even more special.

The cake has somehow disassembled itself on the couple's ride up to Hollister. I frantically started calling local bakeries until luckily, I stumbled upon Silvia. She kindly and patiently stayed on the phone with me while I described exactly how the cake was supposed to look like and taste. She was eager to get this done for the lovely couple, even if it meant staying up late or getting up early. She communicated with us the entire time, updating us as the cake (very quickly) came together. Within just a few hours the cake was ready and it looked EXACTLY as I had described- not a detail was off. The next morning the cake was in our fridge and a couple of hours later it was displayed and cut by the bride and groom on their big day. Silvia absolutely saved my best friend's wedding. We can't thank her enough. And as for the taste of the cake, I've attached a video of the bride's reaction that says it all. Thank you!

In San Diego a dozen cupcakes with premium ingredients and chocolate chips in side, go for around 36$. Not worth the product.

The cupcakes were very dry, they all ended up into the trash. The dark chocolate frosting was ok, it was like whipped chocolate fudge. The mint had way too much peppermint extract with a very dry cupcake. The red velvet didn't taste anything like a red velvet cupcake. It was not a good flavor; can't even describe it The frosting tasted like I put a spoonful of powdered sugar in my mouth mixed with some shortening maybe. A tip for the owner, a simple box of powdered pudding can help with moisture.

Based off of strawberries (His favorite flavor) she came up with an amazing flavor profile for the cake, mini cupcakes and cake pops. The cake ended up being a classic vanilla cake layered with fresh strawberry cream, fresh strawberries, and a touch of strawberry coulis. The cake pops were triple chocolate flavor made with Belgian truffle chocolate--and strawberries, and last but not least the mini cupcakes were strawberry with lemon buttercream. The final products came out beyond my expectations from the visual presentation she nailed and even better than the inspiration photo I sent her and the taste was so delicious and tasty. They helped me prepare for the party the night before by setting up the tables and decorations. They also picked up numerous items before the party. Which was a big bonus! Selena is creative with dessert items. She made cake pops and cake bars that were decorated according to the party theme. They were delicious and devoured in seconds! I didn't even get to sample them! We also rented table cloths, chafing dishes, and dessert platters from Inobia Events. They have quite a collection to pick from. Selena and Ernie are trustworthy. The celebration was in the backyard but I gave them access to the inside of the house so they can prepare the food items. They were very conscious about our belongings and surroundings. She is meticulous!! From decorations to food items. She has a lot of experience so she knows what may or may not work out. Selena also prepared some food items. She followed proper OSHA guidelines by using gloves when preparing or touching any food items as well as making sure area is clean. She made sure the buffet table was well stocked. Replenished food items as necessary. Ernie was our bartender for the evening. He has a great personality, knows many cocktail recipes, and if you have a special request, he will be sure to prepare it. Selena and Ernie are professional. They are a dynamic duo! The day of the party they had on a black and white uniform so they were easily identified when needed. Once the party ended, they cleaned and helped tear down the party rentals and decorations. They made sure everything was accounted for. They even dealt with the caterers. They left only when everything was absolutely done. I give my highest recommendation to Inobia Events.
