When I called to make my appointment, the young lady on the phone was super sweet, and asked me all the right questions of what I needed/wanted out of my appointment. As you can imagine though, going to a new salon and new stylist after so many years with the same person, it's nerve racking. Lucky for me though, I was assigned to Kai. I immediately felt at ease as we were talking about what we were going to do with my over grown style, and faded color. As we began the process, I knew this was going to be an awesome experience. Kai is so nice, fun, and knowledgeable. My hair looks AMAZING! And to be honest, it hasn't looked this good in a long time. The salon is so cute and immaculately clean on the inside. And luck would have it, it was close to my home so I quickly texted Amy about appointments and was able to make one the same week. The whole processes was absolutely delightful. I first sent Amy pictures in advance of cut and color and she communicated very clearly about expectations and timing. When I got to her space, I was very impressed by how cute it was (and there were SNACKS!!). The whole process took around 6 hours (for bleach, color, and cut). She also apologized profusely for the amount of time it was taking but it was SO worth it because my hair looked absolutely fabulous after. Amy made sure the color, cut, everything was exactly what I wanted before letting me leave and really went the extra mile as my hair was not being "cool" that day. She also recommended some shampoo and conditioner that I purchased from her! Fair prices, AMAZING job, and overall Amy is just an awesome person! Can't wait to go back and recommend her to my friends :)
