When I went to pick it up this is what it looked like! The letters are tiny, they are crooked and there's nothing special about this design! No symbols, no circles and no curly cues! I expected a regal design to look very elegant and manly. NEVER AGAIN!!!! They didn't charge for the job, but they also ruined the robe!

It's on a very busy commercial side road and you will definitely pass it if you're not looking. The building is very old and they don't even have a sign out front. All the employees were very pleasant to work with and talk to. I started corresponding to order our next batch of Tshirts through email with Kathryn. We were given a quote, so I proceeded with the order. When the shirts came in we were given the invoice and couldn't believe the amount was $1000 over the quoted price. They did not account for half the shirts during the quote process and they were very apologetic. To be fair, they tried their best to rectify the situation, and actually took it down a bit, but we still paid over $1000 and above what we were wanting to pay. I'm not happy this happened, but customer service was on and for that I can overlook this, as long as it doesn't happen again.
