Extremely disappointing experience. It was 8:12 PM, and this location doesn't close until 9:00 PM, yet we were flat-out refused service because the employees claimed they were "short staffed." We were a group of 14 people, which apparently was enough for them to decide they simply didn't want to serve us. To make matters worse, when we asked to speak with a manager, we were not allowed to do so. Instead, an employee handed us a phone number scribbled on a napkin, which turned out to be fake. That alone says everything about the level of professionalism and accountability at this place. If a business is open, customers should be served during posted hours. Turning people away nearly 50 minutes before closing, then brushing them off with a fake contact number, is completely unacceptable. There was no attempt to accommodate us, no explanation beyond excuses, and zero customer service. This was a frustrating and disrespectful experience. We will not be returning and would strongly advise others to avoid this location if they expect basic professionalism or honesty. read more

I'm love ice cream and having plenty of options so this is a great spot for that! You choose your base and flavor then any mix ins or toppings and they make! I usually get the vegan one but I got the dairy one this last visit with coconut flavor and hot fudge on top. It was free with a coupon they sent me for my birthday! It does take a little while since they have to make it, but never had an issue with service here. Plus it's clean and there are cute claw machines. Came here last night and saw a sign on the door saying cash only luckily I had some cash and went in. I got the fruity pebble flavor with fruity pebbles mixed in and it was delicious. This is by far the creamiest ice cream I've ever had. The young man who took my order was courteous and helped explain the menu options, and the space felt warm and inviting to hang out and enjoy ice cream right there. I ordered a pint of the salted caramel with brownie to take home, and they made it fresh on the spot. Got to admit--I definitely indulged in a few tastes before I got home, and I just couldn't get over how creamy the texture was! No icey particles, no film left in your mouth from too fatty cream. You are able to chose a signature creature or build your own but you are able to choose what dairy base, and they had coconut or cashew milk!!! Ugh my heart is so happy! No wonder this place is always empty now. It used to be really good! Low quality items and very poor, untrained customer service. I went in last weekend and asked what was in the "dairy base"?. Cashier looked confused, so I said, "Well it must be more than cream since it is called 'dairy base'." "She rambled some dumb answer like "well its really good so I dont know but yeah cream and other things I dont really know...." OK, I rolled my eyes and ordered the ice cream sandwich. AS we were waiting I was watching them make my order. A young man could not even cut thru the brownies to make my ice cream sandwich. He was struggling for several minutes. I figured it was not going to be good and of course when I received my order, the brownies were hard as a rock and stale. I could not bite or cut them. I said to one of the girls behind the counter, "Umm, these are stale". She said, "No they are just cold". I have baked many treats over the years and they were not 'just cold'. They were either unwrapped and sat out for a week & were OLD or they were over-baked or prepared incorrectly. The chocolate signature is very very very rich, but it tastes cream and luxurious. The Cookie Monster is also really good, but more sweet and not as rich as chocolate. I tend to share this with my nephew because of the richness and size. Speaking of, my nephew loves to watch them make the ice cream with the liquid nitrogen. It's very cool. Dear Creamistry, Since I started coming here in 2017 your regular ice cream cup has gone from $5.95 to $6.75. Sometime during COVID your sizes went one size down. A Regular now looks like a kids size in your cups (with smaller toppings to match), and you Creations large is now a regular and there is nothing bigger. I appreciate you watching my waistline for me like that, but that's not why I visit, I visit to splurge. By splurge I don't mean paying the same for less, which is essentially paying double. I truly understand you must be hurting like most businesses and individuals during these times, and it pains me to give you a one star. Unfortunately your new price vs. size is just plain rude. You were already outrageously expensive and I understand your ice creams are made to order and highly customizable - but there is a limit to how much people are willing to pay. I could not understand why on a weekend during prime time there wasn't another person in the store, but now I do after receiving my order.
