John and Terry are very knowledgeable, warm, wonderful at what they do and willing to work with all levels. To illustrate this: the first time I dropped by Yoga Bliss I asked a friend to come along. I purchased a six class package ($40 for students) at the front desk with Michael (who was also very friendly) and it came with a free class for joining, which he let me use towards my friend's admission. We were allowed to enter the yoga room before class started and get ourselves situated with our mats (which they readily supply if you don't have one) while tranquil music played in the background. John came out, was profoundly welcoming and asked us about our experience with yoga so as to get a feel for how he would direct the class (similar experience with Terry, who even let me borrow his slip-proof mat after only knowing me for two minutes). Throughout the hour he was particularly attentive and willing to go the extra mile to help improve our poses/breathing/etc. Also, water was readily available and greatly appreciated. From beginning to end, the experience at Yoga Bliss is very rewarding and, most importantly, welcoming! The instructors are genuinely interested in yoga and have a lot to teach their students. So stoked to have found this studio so close to campus and a slew of great hang-out spots. I'll definitely be re-purchasing a new class package as soon as my current one runs out.

I recently tried a beginner aerial yoga class at Aero Joe and overall had a good experience. This…read morewas my first time trying anything like this, so I was a little nervous. The instructions said to arrive early to sign waivers and get settled, so we arrived about 25 minutes before class to change, but no one was there yet and we had to wait about 10 minutes before someone arrived. There is a parking lot on both sides of the building which made parking easy. I would also recommend wearing long sleeves so the silks don't rub under your arms, and avoiding loose fitted clothing and jewelry so nothing snags while you're in the silks. One class was $35, but they also have a deal for 3 classes for $49 which seems like a great option if you plan to go back. Once class started, I really enjoyed it. Rachel was super nice, patient, and helpful, especially for beginners. She did a great job walking us through how to use the silks and made sure everyone felt comfortable. The class was fun, different, and a great introduction to aerial yoga. I would definitely take another class again!

My schedule is a little more flexible than most so I get to try people out as I want. Raven and Kenyele continue to be my top two. They consistently challenge you and keep an eye out for proper form/technicals. Ask away for any questions you may have and they will deliver answers. Is it pricey? Sure. Is it worth it? Yes. You can do it at home, but there is something about the environment and the people in the classes that make it that much better. We share laughs, pain, encourage each other through the challenging parts and just have fun.

I had my trial class on a Sunday and I wanted it to draft on Friday. I hadn't transferred money to my personal spending account yet and By Friday I received multiple texts and emails by them. Over the weekend multiple texts and emails asking me if I still wanted my membership. By Monday ( a holiday) labor day, they were threatening me with collections which is extremely laughable for a membership I haven't even started yet! I was sick with covid and hadn't made it to the bank yet. I found the instructor to be rude as well. I joined another Pilates studio! Don't recommend this place.
