I usually order an omelet for breakfast, and it's consistently excellent--fresh, delicious, and prepared just right. The food is great, but what really makes this place stand out is the owner. He is terrific--friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about his customers. Great food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I look forward to being there every Thursday and highly recommend Tushar Brazilian Express!

I could see they were starting to clean up, and they were so kind and didn't rush us. Two other parties were still there past 8, too. I think they recently changed the closing time to 9pm. The people who run this place are Brazilian so I believe the food should be pretty authentic. They are all very friendly. I liked the chicken coxinha. It was a bit dry, but the taste was great. We got the pastel beef too. However, I was quite disappointed that there weren't a lot of meat inside. I won't order this again. I enjoy their fruit tarts! There aren't very many Brazilian restaurants in Utah, so I'd recommend people who want Brazilian food to check this place out! I'd be interested to try their lunch buffet some time.

I had the Picanha which is a bit thicker of a steak with a large fat cap. While some bites are a bit lackluster, some bites with the perfect amount of fat and steak are heavenly. The real deal here is the Ribeye, called the Ojo de Bife. This steak has perfect marbling all around and has the perfect beef flavor. Bites just melt in your mouth and it is the best beef bite I've ever had. For appetizer, we had the chorizo which is a large chorizo sausage served with a giant slice of tomato and onion. This plating is baffling and makes no sense trying to be able to cut them up and eat them together. The chorizo wasn't impressive and the tomato and onion don't work well with it. The side of mashed potatoes, the Pure de Papas, was filled with stringy potatoes. Picking up a spoonful, you could see the strings of potatoes stretching from the bowl to the spoon. Gross. The Alfajores de Dulce de Leche was a fantastic dessert with nice caramel. This was full of flavor and a must get especially if you love alfajores. While there are some bad items we got, the excellent quality of the steaks makes this a place worth going to.

That's quite a name, conjures up some western cowboy wagon train buffet! We don't have any buffets where I come from with names like that! I pointed it out to my crew and they wanted to come here for dinner some time. So, here we are it's dinner time at the Chuck Wagon ... or Rama or whatever! There plenty of parking and the big shopping center is located just north off the 215. We go in and it's actually a decent sized buffet dining room and seems more clean and organized than some Chinese buffets we've been to and all the servers speak perfect English too. The website has a good display of prices and what's on the menu everyday, so best to check that out. They offer regular American food every night like roast beef and fried chicken as well as turkey and mashed potatoes along with French fries and pizza, so you see, there's something for everybody here. It was BBQ night when we went, so there were ribs on the menu. Ribs, fried chicken and fries, can't beat that for around $19 per person, that's a reasonable price. The food quality wasn't say Vegas $90 buffet, but certainly well worth $19! I like the ribs just fine as did the rest of my crew, I know they're big on the rib thing. Yes, they do have decent salads, so it's not all meat and potatoes. I'd come back here again!

We went for Mexican Night and loved it so much that we came back again for Italian Night. As someone who grew up going to HomeTown Buffet, this felt like the homemade version of that experience comforting, fresh, and made with care. Everything we tried was delicious. Italian Night was just as impressive, with favorites like lasagna, spaghetti, Alfredo pasta, meatballs. I love their fries and pizza lol. The dessert selection was amazing too, there was so much variety, like their rice puddinf. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was consistently great both visits. Honestly, I wish we had a Chuck-A-Rama in California. We'd be regulars! If you're in Utah and looking for a buffet with homemade comfort food and plenty of options, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Love that there are a wide selection of pizza and pasta options on the menu -- there's even a whole Brazilian section of the menu, which is unique, but seems intriguing -- and that you have the option to build your own for both dishes as well! There are about 12-15 tables at this location. Don't think it would be great for parties of more than 8, but it is a quiet spot to enjoy dinner with immediate family, and there's a TV on the wall that had football on it when our group was dining there. I'd definitely come back here and eat the food again!

If you don't understand NY pizza you might miss it.... I had Lucalli's in Brooklyn. Considered the world's best by many. I'm not saying this is Lucalli's but it's a solid NY style pizza. Folded well, great flavor and really good dough. 3) you have to try the Brazilian soda.... Really good, not too sweet but not missing on flavor at all. Overall we are really pleased by the service, food, and the cost. (Then again I am from California so anytime I can eat with a family below $40 I'm happy).
