The food took about 15 minutes, and I was on my way, with a container busting at the seams. They did not skimp, the the 10 pieces of boneless chicken were very large. There might be other cars in the driveway, but don't worry, this is the drive thru line. When the front car gets its food delivered, they will pull forward and turn down another road and on their way to beefy goodness. A young man approached our car to take our order in the rain. Fortunately we had contacted them prior to going to see the menu. If you join their nearly 8,000 followers on Instagram, you can also get a copy of the menu. This is the richest, beefiest birria I've ever had. It's salty, a little spicy, tender and ohhhhh so juicy! The tacos are just beef, cheese, onions, cilantro, with a lime, consomé, radishes and salsa verde, four for $12. The quesadilla is loaded with tons of cheese and plenty of beef, also served with consomé. The Birria Ramen was served in a Top Ramen Bowl, chicken flavor, but don't worry, this is beefy goodness taken to another level. A food truck is in the works, as the current arrangement is less than ideal for some. But for now, enjoy the culinary adventure!

I ended up throwing it away which says a lot for me because money is too tight and I don't waste food. There is a .75 cent fee for card use which I was not aware of and they also overcharged the sales tax as 8.25% instead of 7.25%. On the good side the staff are very friendly but the food needs a lot of work and those fees need correcting. Definitely not soul food.
