I had several dress slacks and jeans dry cleaned and the quality of the work was excellent. I saw a tag on my clothes with an orange message stating' Please Check Bag'. Anytime a business is this honest and they also do outstanding work then I will definitely be a customer for the rest of my lifetime.

Thankfully the competitor up the street didn't agree that it was "covered in pet hair" and does not have such a policy in place. Good luck with your business as you will need lots of it with this ridiculous so-called policy. You've lost a good customer. I'll give you two stars for servicing us occasionally with random items over the past several years. Wow, it's crazy what one visit, one policy, and poor management can do for a business. A good business would make customer service a priority and I left there feeling humiliated.

I was very shocked but ignored the comment. I began to take my clothes out of the bag and explain to her that has a little cat hair on it but not a lot..she said that she can't take it and I thought she was joking. She then began to say that it would get on another peoples clothes... and told me I could lent roll it.... Now I'm very upset because this is your job. I would understand if you would've to charge me a little more to get the cat hair off but to tell me you wouldn't expect it until I did it was very unprofessional. I don't recommend this place one bit! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Worst ever experience ! I took my leather jacket to them to repair the zipper, they called me and…read moresaid couldn't repair had to replace for twice the money quoted. I said ok and picked it up and brought it home . i called them to let them know the zipper was very tight and hard to zip the manager said bring it back , jt just needed zipper oil. I picked it up assuming everything ok, it was better but still a little tight. At the time the weather was very hot for this time of year, so I assumed everything ok and hung it up in closet few weeks later weather cold enough to wear, when I zipped it up about 2 inches it began to split apart. I called back manager said sorry can't fix it because there seamstress no longer works there. I said that's ok just give me a refund and I can fix it somewhere else. He again said sorry you had it too long and must have just wore it out! I reminded him that I have not wore it , because weather still too hot m, last part of Nov temp in the 80's and was still playing golf. He again refused a refund ! I said by the way she even put the zipper back on the wrong side left and instead of right il so just refund me half the price to pay to have the zipper redone on the correct side. Same answer NO RFUND period! My answer and was very politely and calm was just this have you ever heard of social media 90 % of people check on referrals before and a good thing before they choose who to do business with ! un knowing to him I had panned to give them 3 blankets to have dry cleaned . I can now say SORRY you just lost 1 customer and all the future business you could have had !!

I called and asked if I needed my yellow slip and was told no just a phone number , but the store was about to close. My ticket says my items will be ready for pickup Friday at 6. The slip hours displayed this location closed at 730pm. So I explained that to the kid who answered the phone. I was told to come before 6. I pull up at 601 and meet her at the door. She asks if I have cash and I say no, but I just spoke with you and told you I was en route. You never expressed I needed to bring CASH to pay. Because the credit card machine was down it was nothing she could do. She was NOT rude at all, only doing her job. I'm annoyed because the policies set in place are piss poor. She explained the ticket time is not accurate , since I asked her why would my pickup time be closing time? I'm not sure if I will ever come back for this inconvenience. It's only 5 minutes from my house so I guess that's the only plus.

The woman assisted this man and told me the store was closed and she had no time to accept my 3 shirts. I stated that I thought the store was open until 6:00pm and the woman said it was open until 6, but she didn't want to take the time to ring me up. I was a bit shocked as the woman was rude and unapologetic. I dont know if she was an owner or just a worker, but the store shouldn't be in business with this awful customer service. I drove 15 minutes to this location to drop off my shirts and will never be back. If this is how customers are treated when they want to give the store business, I can imagine what would happen if there was an issue. Stay far away from this cleaners.

Be careful over by this cleaners/Backyard Burger side of the parking lot. Some of the people that wash their car over there at the car wash should not even (and may not) have a drivers license, and seem to posses the inability to use the 10% of their brain that is active for most people. I've had two cases of seeing some moron flying out of there at full speed, with one of the two times I almost got run over. If you run over me, you better kill me when you do. Roast Daddy Fresh don't play. Also, I've seen the cops over there at least 3 times in the last year. People cant even act right at a coin operated car wash? Seriously, watch out for idiots when crossing the main drive there in front of the buildings. People in Memphis *will* run over you and drive off.
