I had a sport coat and pair of pants cleaned and it was some time ago. The pants were still in the cleaner's plastic wrap when I took them out to wear to a funeral. There was a large white spot in the crotch and I tried to wipe it of with a wet rag. It just left a wet looking circle. I took it back to the cleaners for a redo. They said it had been too long even if I just took them out of the bag. The lady said, "Sir, we have a policy." I have a policy, also. I don't trust anyone that doesn't trust me. I always assumed they would be right. Lesson learned. Inspect your clothes when you pick them up and find cleaners that trust you.

I had several dress slacks and jeans dry cleaned and the quality of the work was excellent. I saw a tag on my clothes with an orange message stating' Please Check Bag'. When I opened the small orange and black bag there was 3 twenties and I was shocked. This was money that I forgot to remove from my clothes prior to placing them into this cleaners. Anytime a business is this honest and they also do outstanding work then I will definitely be a customer for the rest of my lifetime.

Random creases had me rushing to iron them out as best I could. Truly awful and I'll never be back. I just don't know how anyone could think this was acceptable, unless this is how they do police uniforms. Absolutely laughable that I thought a simple uniform could be dry cleaned appropriately and here I am the night before undoing the work that I was dumb enough to pay for.

The lady was very nice when I addressed my concern. I told here that I had just worn the pants and there was no burned fabric. She looked into the system to see if there were any notes; there was none. So she said she would send them to the other store to be checked out. Fast forward today (7 October) service was not as good. Another person this time. She called, manager at the Collierville location. He said that they do not have a machine that would damage the pants. I said to the young lady that they were not like that when I brought them in. Her response I wasn't here when you brought them in. My response, I know you was not here and you don't have to get smart. I have other St. John apparel that needed dry cleaning. I decided to not use this cleaners again. I would have appreciated a face to face with the Chris the person who decided not to address the fact that my $200 slacks are damaged. Since they didn't make any notes that the pants were damaged when I checked them in the concern stays with them. The slip hours displayed this location closed at 730pm. So I explained that to the kid who answered the phone. I was told to come before 6. I pull up at 601 and meet her at the door. She asks if I have cash and I say no, but I just spoke with you and told you I was en route. You never expressed I needed to bring CASH to pay. Because the credit card machine was down it was nothing she could do. She was NOT rude at all, only doing her job. I'm annoyed because the policies set in place are piss poor. She explained the ticket time is not accurate , since I asked her why would my pickup time be closing time? I'm not sure if I will ever come back for this inconvenience. I was a bit shocked as the woman was rude and unapologetic. I dont know if she was an owner or just a worker, but the store shouldn't be in business with this awful customer service.
