I'd say it's an Americanized version of paella, but was still very good. They do make saffron rice using real saffron as opposed to saffron powder. The shellfish was plentiful and had scallops, shrimp, mussels, and clams. There was edamame instead of peas, which is a bit unusual, but still good. All the seafood was cooked nicely. As for the chicken "fingers" - they were actually three cut up large chicken breasts, coated, and deep fried, not chicken tenders. After deep frying, the grease was engrained in the breading and all over the plate. It was not well drained. I ate three bites and called it! I could not eat any more. No one checked to see how the meals were until the plates were cleared. In summary, there was more wrong than was right, but there were some positives on the Cubano and fresh Romaine.
