Here the line moved quickly , the girl at the counter gave us a couple options and told us the specials no one ever does that! We didn't have to wait forever for what we ordered either. This movie theater has standard IMAX and 3-D theaters. We saw a movie in 3-D. The theater was clean., I loved the reclining chair. I could've fallen asleep. At one point I wasn't sure if I was watching a movie or if Jake Sully was about to ask me to pass the popcorn. Speaking of popcorn: excellent. The pepperoni pizza? Surprisingly legit for movie theater food. And the soda options--so many choices it felt like a soft drink buffet. Major win. The atmosphere was super comfortable. The air wasn't freezing (thank you, Cinemark, for not turning the theater into an Arctic survival test), and the recliner seats were perfect. Even for a long movie like Avatar, we were comfortable the entire time. No back pain, no seat shifting, no regrets. Now, full honesty: there were a few slower parts where you could tell some people were this close to falling asleep. Not because the theater was boring--but because it was that comfortable. If you doze off for a minute, honestly, that's on James Cameron. Overall, fantastic experience. Great food, great comfort, and ScreenX alone is worth the trip. Upon arrival, there were very few cars in the parking lot and even less people in the business. We were greeted by a personable young lady who appeared to be the only person manning the front of the business. As such, all drink, snack and popcorn orders appear to be card only - no cash. I am not sure about tickets bc we bought online. Matinee prices are around $10 per ticket online. They do not take American Express credit cards. After entering and picking up some drinks, we made our way to our theater but we had to walk back to the front to the only employee we could find to double check the theater bc the signs were not updated (apparently the night shift guy forgot to do it and no one had remedied it by 2pm). Once in the theater, I noted that my reclining seat had a faux cover on it to cover damage and some seats are even so damaged that you cannot even book them online. The cover kept sliding and had to be adjusted. No complaints about the movie projection or sound as everything worked well. Not a bad place for a movie but a little understaffed and beginning to show some wear and tear.

(Maybe some seats can be designated as cozy ones). 3) bathroom trash was overflowing. Otherwise the seats were somewhat comfy and even can be heated.
