We met some friends here tonight to watch a movie. I really like the theater and the seating! Very comfortable! I do love how you can get unlimited drinks because they have the soda machines out in the lobby. So much easier now. Negative: My wife did feel the app where you purchase tickets was very confusing and misleading. When she looked at the seating availability it seemed there were only 8 or so seats left and they were in the back. So she purchased the seats right away. We had to pay a $5 " convenience fee" for each ticket. When we arrived and 30 minutes into the movie guess what? Only a quarter of the theater was full!!!! I think they "make you think" the theater was filling up so you will purchase tickets ahead of time and pay them the extra $5 dollars. We could have purchased tickets at the kiosk by the door.

I didn't say anything because I was going to wait until the movie actually started. Then, when it did, he tried to shake a 2L of soda, to do who knows what .... Spray it I'm sure. I made a comment. He stopped for a bit. Later on my girlfriend and I were still being bothered by them. He kept farting on her and turning to her going, "Do you like the smell?" I finally (half way through), spoke up and said something. A tenant followed me in and then didn't say a word to them. We ended up leaving the theater. I DID get a receipt to come back to another show time, which is great. HOWEVER, I tried calling to talk to someone about some other things I witnessed, and I was placed on hold. Then I called back and was hung up on 5 times and placed on hold another. Whoever was working during this shift really didn't give a shit. I get it man, you're working a low paying job, in school, young, but most of us did all that too. Grow a pair and do your job. Mind you the staff was great in the beginning and friendly. But when it came down to it, they weren't answering and hanging up the phone on purpose.

Yelp challenge 2015 44/365…read more I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to see this Marvel Universe live action show at the Honda Center with my personal superhereo of my own with 2nd row seats. We love superheroes and we used to dress up at movie premieres years ago. So, this was a dream come true. Its been a rough few weeks and tonight we were able to be in the moment and enjoy ourselves. We paid $16.00 to park, picked up our willcall tickets, grabbed a few snacks, a hot dog, chivken tenders w/ fries and a water about $23 and found our ground level seats with a VIP view. The house was definitely full of kids. Which doesn't bother me since Im around kids all day. The show had 20 plus Marvel characters in a battlefield against each other. Those actors were bad to tha bone and definitely in shape to do all the tumbling, riding, flying, fighting that they were doing. One guy was even lit on fire. It was amazing. Yelp sure knows how to make us feel like VIPs and I can't be more grateful…read more Parking was a breeze priced at $16 and our tickets were waiting for us at the Will Call window with a very quick line. With ushers escorting us to our seats, it was smooth sailing for us from beginning to end of the 2-hour show. A 30-minute intermission was a good break. Lots of vendors selling Marvel products are to be expected and overpriced, at that. So just be wary. It was a joy watching all the kids dressed up as their favorite Super Hero. This would be the best time to bust out those costumes, parents! I had teens in tow as they are more into these things than I am. Can't be happier to have seen them enjoy all the effects and stunts featured all throughout the evening. Spidey and Thor were my two favorite characters that night as those two had a cute humor going and were closest to the actual super heroes in terms of how they look, the acting, and their voices. The bike stunts were sometimes repetitive but it was a nice addition to the show, nonetheless. The Hulk had quite an entrance and you can tell the audience loved it. All the Marvel super heroes united last night to fight Loki and the villains to get back the pieces of the cosmic cube as this can be very dangerous in the wrong hands. Taken as captives were Storm and Cyclops, but they were saved in the end, of course. Yay to mission accomplished! If your seat is located at a higher floor you will have to walk multiple stairs and there aren't any elevator to my knowledge so it was a bit of a hike. There are restrooms located all over and on various floors so no need to wait in the front long lines to use the restroom. Also, there are a ton of areas selling liquor and there are other bars throughout so no need to wait the long lines to get a drink at the bar up at the front entrance. I am someone that runs hot and it was a bit warm for me so possibly dress light or breathable cotton.

I had the opportunity to see The Nutcracker Ballet here and will now keep a look out for future performances! The seats are spacious, the theater feels more intimate than others in the area. They do have a small concession stand, however food and most beverages must be consumed outside the actual theater. Only bottled water is allowed inside the theater. The Florida Ballet performed the Nutcracker with guest ballerinas from the Boston Ballet- the show was lovely, spectacular and elegant scenes with so many dancers. Even the youngest of the show were amazing and very cute. Compared to other venues in the Jacksonville area- this was one of the better theaters I have gone to a show at. I look forward to returning for more!

The space is perfect to take in a show, as you have a great seat whether you're sitting right up front or in the balcony. The staff is wonderful, they were kind, and showed us to our seats. Parking is also a plus at this theater, as you don't have to pay for parking and the parking garage is pretty close to the theater, which is great. All in all, I'd return to Lazzara to see another show. Pros: -Clean facility -Great seats wherever you sit -Nice bathrooms -Intimate -Helpful staff Cons: -None that I can recall Tips: Arrive early to get a good parking spot.
