The girl at the counter, can I see it type it into her system with a smile said you're all set and handed us printed out tickets. I usually dread the snack counter. Here the line moved quickly , the girl at the counter gave us a couple options and told us the specials no one ever does that! We didn't have to wait forever for what we ordered either. This movie theater has standard IMAX and 3-D theaters. We saw a movie in 3-D. The theater was clean., I loved the reclining chair. I could've fallen asleep. There were some previews, but not as many as the other movie theaters in the area. This was our first time there and this will now be our go to theater.

I love that they serve coke products and especially coke icees!! Also, it wouldn't be a theater without a large selection of candy to choose from. Of course I think all movie theater candy is overpriced but it's part of the experience. I especially appreciate the ease of purchasing tickets online and having the opportunity to select your seats ahead of time! The deputy said that parent just come here and drop off their tweens and up and then when they get into mischief, they call and their parents are drunk and they can even come pick them up., There's always a pack of teen boys at the Walmart in the next plaza, running around like idiots in the store and on the sidewalks. They're loud and obnoxious and think this whole plaza is their playground and yeah, they're probably about 16.. There's no cops at the Cinemark in Orange Park. I'm sure.. We met some friends here tonight to watch a movie. I really like the theater and the seating! Very comfortable! I do love how you can get unlimited drinks because they have the soda machines out in the lobby. So much easier now. Negative: My wife did feel the app where you purchase tickets was very confusing and misleading. When she looked at the seating availability it seemed there were only 8 or so seats left and they were in the back. So she purchased the seats right away. We had to pay a $5 " convenience fee" for each ticket. When we arrived and 30 minutes into the movie guess what? Only a quarter of the theater was full!!!! I think they "make you think" the theater was filling up so you will purchase tickets ahead of time and pay them the extra $5 dollars. We could have purchased tickets at the kiosk by the door.

Stopped in to watch an afternoon matinee with my son at this westside movie theater located in a…read morestrip mall in the Argyle/ Oakleaf area of Jacksonville. Upon arrival, there were very few cars in the parking lot and even less people in the business. We were greeted by a personable young lady who appeared to be the only person manning the front of the business. As such, all drink, snack and popcorn orders appear to be card only - no cash. I am not sure about tickets bc we bought online. Matinee prices are around $10 per ticket online. They do not take American Express credit cards. After entering and picking up some drinks, we made our way to our theater but we had to walk back to the front to the only employee we could find to double check the theater bc the signs were not updated (apparently the night shift guy forgot to do it and no one had remedied it by 2pm). Once in the theater, I noted that my reclining seat had a faux cover on it to cover damage and some seats are even so damaged that you cannot even book them online. The cover kept sliding and had to be adjusted. No complaints about the movie projection or sound as everything worked well. Not a bad place for a movie but a little understaffed and beginning to show some wear and tear.

I didn't say anything because I was going to wait until the movie actually started. Then, when it did, he tried to shake a 2L of soda, to do who knows what .... Spray it I'm sure. I made a comment. He stopped for a bit. Later on my girlfriend and I were still being bothered by them. He kept farting on her and turning to her going, "Do you like the smell?" I finally (half way through), spoke up and said something. A tenant followed me in and then didn't say a word to them. We ended up leaving the theater. I DID get a receipt to come back to another show time, which is great. HOWEVER, I tried calling to talk to someone about some other things I witnessed, and I was placed on hold. Then I called back and was hung up on 5 times and placed on hold another. Whoever was working during this shift really didn't give a shit. I get it man, you're working a low paying job, in school, young, but most of us did all that too. Grow a pair and do your job. Mind you the staff was great in the beginning and friendly. But when it came down to it, they weren't answering and hanging up the phone on purpose.
