He stayed open late to see the fix through so I could ride back home. Saved me hundreds of dollars by rebuilding it with parts he had in the shop. Otherwise I would have had to replace my entire wheel. Overall an above and beyond experience true to the reputation "one miracle per customer, per day!"

He went the extra mile, heck, the extra 10 miles to get my front brake fixed. It was 1/3 the cost of the estimate I was given at a nearby shop that couldn't even handle the job for a month out. Charles took care of it while I waited. Lots of customers came and went while I waited and I witnessed him treat every customer with courtesy and respect. For my front brake, Charles had to re-thread 2 parts so they would fit together again! He had a really handy re-thread file tool which I've never seen or heard of. He told a few stories while I waited and he worked. He gave me a tip on where to go to see salmon running and seals feeding (and possibly orcas waiting at the mouth of the inlet to feed on the seals #PBSlive). AND I learned a lot about the bike I've owned since 2008 that I never knew before. Besides being personable, efficient, respectful, and informative, Charles is a Master. I highly recommend this guy for your bike stuff.

Just wanted to update my previous review for Luminous Works. As promised, the class has been…read morerestructured since the class I took in May and I was pleasantly surprised. I really felt like they took my feedback to heart and made some good changes. 25 minutes into the class and we were already practicing using the software. We spent approximately 50 minutes in Illustrator (yep, I tracked the time), 60 minutes in InDesign, and about 30 minutes in Photoshop. The rest of the time we were learning about how the programs overlap and interact, etc. The class teacher, Steve, clearly knows everything about anything regarding Adobe, and was more than willing to answer questions throughout the lecture. He is very easygoing. This was a good class because we didn't spend too much time learning 'theory' and we did a lot of hands on work. I WOULD recommend this class to anyone who is looking to learn the basics of Adobe Design Standard, or get a little more familiar with the programs. You learn a good amount of shortcuts and such as well, to help you work more efficiently. This is very helpful for me as I begin to do more design work at my job.

A unique experience in a world of ever-growing automation, Kelly and his team provide a combination of technology and plain ole human connection to bring a person's travel desires to the forefront of their vacation or getaway. Mike and I met up twice to hash out what I wanted to get out of my Euro trip including efficiency of preparation before travel and improvisation during travel. A guide was tailored directly for my trip which provided a mnemonic walkthrough that I could call upon while I traveled. At the same time, the team was able to be respectful of free-time when traveling, i.e. letting spontaneity come and go with a firm backbone to comprise the trip. I am looking forward to seeing where this business will go in terms of accessibility to customers and further building upon unique, personal consulting.
