In office: Charity and John helped me to not have a complete mental breakdown. They were amazing in directing traffic, making plans, and apparently offering the local monopoly some tips. Charity kept me informed the whole time. Nothing is super simple but when in motion, these guys sure make it look easy. In the field: Chris was precise and deliberate. Narrowed in on the issue like "butter". He even answers all of my partner's questions. When it was time to come back to do the work, after waiting for the city/power company to do whatever they do, he crushed it and even gave me my own Flux Capacitor. I know I'm growing up when I have such an appreciation for a craft like theirs. Both Chris and John did wonders in the field. Thanks to John for your expertise in dealing with the powers that be and getting things done.

The office indeed had not reached out. My time is valuable and communication is expected. Come to find out- booking for this company is handled by an AI "assistant" named "Dane." Nope. This company was able to respond fast, and they get 3 stars for fixing *most* of it fast. But I hired them to fix all of it, and I paid them over $2.5K for the half day of work. While they were here, when I went out to see what was happening, no one would talk much to me. I'm a woman homeowner and I've found that some companies have workers who talk to me as the intelligent human who hired them, and some haven't figured out how to do that. This company belongs to be the latter category. (No women were on their work team unless you count the receptionist, unsurprisingly.) After they left some of the lights still weren't (and still aren't) working. I left a polite phone message asking for them to come check it out, and quickly got an email - not a phone call - in reply. The email said they will not come back even to look at it without charging me for $125/hour and they won't look at anything until I've paid them in full. (That little threat was sent to me less than 72 hours after this emergency occurred.) They seemed to have a close relationship with TEP, our utility, and it felt very much like working with a utility - not a great deal of customer power or choice.
