You just call and place your order, then go and pick it up. I didn't have any issues with that at all, and they even let me go in the cooler to see the sizes of the crabs myself prior to buying, and I appreciate the transparency. The vibe is quaint, chill, and relaxed. Getting there is a bit tricky, because if you're coming from the RaceTrac side, you'll be waiting FOREVER to be able to cross over. I strongly recommend not using that lil side street by the Racetrac. Just keep driving down Evangeline Thruway and make a U-turn further down because nobody will let you over.
