Stopped by for mid afternoon lunch. Shared an order of Shrimp Tempura which was not bad and a bowl of Loco Moco. LM sauce was savory, the egg cooked nicely, two slices of Spam (it's a Hawaiian dish so it MUST have Spam) and two hamburger patties, sticky rice. All would have been fine, but I'm sure I've had those hamburgers before and they weren't fresh. I believe these were frozen and came out of a pre-made box of cook-out hamburgers much like one can get at Walmart. Not so good. Actually they spoiled the meal, and for the price paid, my wife and I agreed this was not good value. Proprietress was very kind and the establishment clean. May give them another try when in Geneva again, but I don't think we'll be having the Loco Moco. read more

Food has always been great. But DO NOT count on this place for delivery service. They should just remove themselves from all delivery apps as we've now had four different meals either cancelled after two hours or we cancelled after three hours. They couldn't have been nicer and accommodating. We had multiple orders and everything was packaged perfect! We ordered Beef Fried Noodles, Pork Fried Noodles, Chicken Fried Noodles, BBQ Pork Buns and Egg Rolls. Everything was delicious and fresh, the bbq pork buns are different but very good. Like a other Yelper mentioned, get a side of hot sauce to go with those....great advice! The only thing I'd change/ask for is more veggies in the noodle dishes and hot mustard for the egg rolls, there was none in the bag. I honestly hate to write anything negative because the food is SO good. Like way better than most of the Asian cuisine in the area. But, on the negative side, whenever they give us a pick up time, we need to add an additional 45 minutes. Last night we ordered and they told us 45 minutes. We know from ordering previously it probably wouldn't be ready in 45 minutes, so my husband left our house an hour after we had called. When he arrived he waited an additional 45 minutes before the food was ready. Waiting another 5-10 minutes is understandable but almost an hour is a bit excessive. And I want to be so angry, but the lady at the front is the nicest, sweetest person alive and you just can't be mad ‍. Then I had ordered Thai green curry and we're not sure what happened but I got Thai red curry instead. And I wanted to be upset about that too, but wouldn't you know the red curry was delicious? I think I liked it better than the green! We have ordered multiple times and it's the same every time. But we'll keep going back because the food is just that good. The food is out of this world delicious here. It's truly an appropriate name because I CRAVE this place all the time! So, this spot is probably the best dumplings in the Western suburbs. Honestly there aren't many choices for house made rolls so it's pretty handy that this place is good! We just did a simple friday night take out order. It traveled well home and by the time we filled our plates my SO and I could barely take a breath between bites long enough to say "this is SO good"... repeatedly. That doesn't happen very often. In a true test of flavor - their dan dan noodles are absolutely wonderful. A slight reminder of our favorite Naperville Katy's dumpling house - we haven't found dan dan noodles that good since they closed. That said - these are probably even better. We also ordered the Taiwanese pork belly over rice. There were 2 slices of pork belly (not a ton), a hard boiled egg, and a few nice chunks of tofu. Surprisingly I didn't want for more pork belly (though I wouldn't turn down a couple more slices) and the tofu worked very well for carrying flavor. The dish reminded me quite a bit of Thai moo palo - one of the only dishes able to overcome my general distaste for anise. It overcame that very well - we basically ate until we were full... then ate a little more dinner for dessert. The restaurant itself appeared to be clean and with simple but nice decoration. I ordered pick up tonight. It was done in a timely manner. The egg roll was delicious. Perfectly balanced and fried just right. I got the chinese broccoli side. It was disappointing. The sauce was really watery and not very flavorful. For my entree I got the Dam Dan Noodles with pork. I wished it had been a bit more flavorful. It was also not mentioned how hot and spicy it was. I can handle hot and spicy but I needed an extra antacid. A little bit of a thicker sauce would have been awesome. I'd try but again, but different dishes. read more

A good experience. The interior is clean and homey. Food is good for my picky Asian tongue. On the appetizers - Galric soy wings are fried well done, and you can never go wrong with that, right? On entree - I tried their Taiwanese style Jia Jia's Beef Noodle. The beef broth is a very flavorful. Noodle's quality is decent and the portion is huge! This place is great. It seems to be a family-run restaurant which I always enjoy supporting. We had the scallion pancakes, jia jia beef noodle soup, and the combination noodle soup. Everything was delicious and I'm kind of worried to tell my mom that I like their scallion pancakes better than hers! The people complaining must be used to bland ass food from the suburbs as I find Cravings food to be similar to if I went out to the city for some Asian food. I'm so excited to see an eclectic menu and something different out here in the west burbs. I usually have to drive in to the city to satisfy my taste palette. Their sticky buns are soft and yummy. I love the flat noodles and most of their apps (like the shumai and Korean beef ). One thing I wish they had more options with lots of veggies/salads - but most restaurants in the suburbs don't carry such options so I am not that upset but would be stoked if they made that update to their menu. I am trying to cut back on my carbs/fats and eat healthier so that often takes priority than tasty meals. But when I do decide to go outside my usual eating routine and want something unique, I consider cravings as one of my options. read more
