These guys are beyond awesome! The staff is super helpful and friendly and took the time to explain how to use my new set up. I've been vaping nearly two years and had been doing it wrong, because nobody (at the other vape shops) took the time to make sure I really understood! My long-term goal is to be nicotine-free and now I'm on the right track. Went in to buy a small small cartridge 1 to 2 ml and the big heavy set guy working there acted shocked, saying "people stopped using these tanks about 5 years ago." Then why do you display them for customers to buy? He obviously wasn't happy that I was buying something cheap from the store and only spending $5. I don't give a damn if all I needed to buy was a single coil, don't have a snobby attitude b/c I wasn't spending more than $20 in the store. Make the sale, tell the customer to have a good day and come back soon. Don't worry about what the customer is using it for and why he wants it. read more

EVERY TIME I come in I have questions about new flavors and I can never make up my mind but they are always so cool about it. They let me try new stuff and recommend flavors based on my taste. Big store and a lot to offer everyone from new vapers to the more seasoned ones. I went in there looking for a drip tip for my Uwell Crown tank and ended up getting a real nice Quartz glass trinity one. Pretty relaxed vibes and a lot of hardware. Hands down the best vape shop in north Austin everyone was so nice and helpful and their inventory is amazing. I was really impressed.

So, just want to let whoever owns this shop know that right now the doors are locked with a sticky note that says "out to lunch, will be back at 11:30" and it's almost 4pm. I've been waiting for about 20 minutes for someone to show up. So you've lost potential business due to someone not wanting to work. Small shops like these need employees that care about your business or you won't last too long unless you have other shops you own that are paying for the rent here. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Craving vapor used to be my only shop I would ever go to, the cypress creek location has gone to complete shit. The group of guys that used to be cool all moved to a different location and they hired a bunch of ignorant assholes. Oh and plus I had 160 points ($160 worth of purchases) and I bought a 4 bay battery charger and a 60ml of juice and he said the "computers were too new so he didn't know how to use it". Recently when back in expecting to have enough point and he never credited me for the 70 I spent previously spent. I know of at least 10-15 people that stopped coming here because of the new uneducated employees. Maybe if your lucky dawn will be working when you show up she's always sweet, plus all the employees won't be in the back room watching game videos and actually be doing their job when a customer walks in:) read more

I would say I spend a least 40-70 bucks here every two weeks, not anymore. This place is just plain awful. Unknowledgeable employees who are really rude, a least the store on Research actually says hi to you when you walk in. Better prices elsewhere & online anyway. Not coming back. read more

When I went in here, the manager was in the back vaping away surfing the internet saw me, and totally ignored me. No one greeted me as I waled in the door.The employees were sitting down on the couches watching TV. I was looking through the selection of juices and the sales person JCavazos looked put out and didn't really help me at all. When I paid, the cashier never thanked me or asked me to come back. The customer service here really lacks. I know the manager Dawn through other vape shops and shes a total bitch who thinks shes Gods gift to the vaping world. She's rude, unprofessional, and very unpleasant to be around. I was told me she treats everyone like that and not a lot of people like her. I now see why customer service lacks in that store. She used to work at All About Vapor and there she wasn't a nice person. I will NEVER go back to this store, I have connections in the vaping industry and I will not recommend this store to friends or ANYONE. I don't care about how good of selection the store store has, if you have poor management, you do don't get my business. Theirs plenty of other vape shops in Austin that actually care about you and your business. read more
