Personally, I never had an issue w/ the pharmacy fortunately. I read the other reviews & this location getting a bad rap on both sides. I never had that kind of experience in either the pharmacy or retail side & I've been coming here for years. Sometimes you can get lucky & there's hardly a line or no line at the pharmacy or front checkout. In the front there are self-checkouts if you're in a rush. The cashiers are always pleasant & helpful! While the staff can look a bit stressed(understandable since the store often seems understaffed & it can get busy),they always do their best. Kudos to them for pushing through! The sales floor is consistently clean, well-stocked, & organized. I know it's not easy to maintain,so big thanks to the staff! I will definitely continue to come here for my medications & to use my coupons on the retail side. Sometimes the CVS app has valuable coupons you can load into your account. Ding,ding b/c who doesn't love a deal!

The Stratford on Hawley Lane is the worst. They run out of medication and then take over four…read moredays to refill. They don't accept shipments over the weekend. They also close for lunch for an hour. No business should be more company focussed than customer focused. CVS has become a behemoth with too much power. I'm switching to a locally owned pharmacy as I recommend this to all my loved ones. They filled 2 antibiotics that shouldn't be taken together and I was sick for 2 weeks. No consult was given by a CVS pharmacist and my gynecologist, Dr Asis, part of OB Generations in Hampden is blaming CVS even though she prescribed them. They CLOSE FOR THE DAY Without warned leaving desperate people waiting outside, totally confused. They will not let you to speak to a pharmacist. Rather they provide a voice-mail to have someone call you back. I urge you to not trust these bozos.
