So new that it doesn't even appear on the satellite image on Google maps. I've always had a positive experience here for whatever my purpose for stopping by is. If my car is running on E, the gas station (Mobil) prices match or are pretty close to the lowest price per gallon around. The convenient store portion (Alltown) is well organized and always stocked. There's a made to order counter too if you don't fancy a 6-hour old egg salad sandwich from the freezer section.

For your information, my doctor inadvertently sent my prescription to CVS. I subsequently went to the CVS MyChart portal and transferred my prescription to Walgreens. Within two days, I went to Walgreens to pick up my prescription. Walgreens stated that they had not received the transfer; therefore, they immediately faxed the request to CVS in my presence. CVS failed to respond that day. I attempted to call CVS but was unable to speak to a live person. I drove to CVS the following day, and was told by a CVS pharmacy representative that I should have CVS fill the prescription instead. I said that was not feasible, because my insurance will not allow it. She then said, "Perhaps you will need to call your doctor to send it to Walgreens". This, too, was not feasible because it was on a Sunday, and I needed my medications now. CVS assured me that they would fax my prescription to Walgreens, but failed to do so promptly. However, Val at Walgreens took the initiative to personally follow up with CVS until the prescription was received, and then she called me to pick it up when the prescription was ready. Since then, I have been visiting Walgreens more frequently. I continue to receive excellent customer service from the store in all. I have become a Walgreens Believer!

The cashier when I walked in told me exactly which aisle to go to; there was a young man working at pharmacy counter, I asked him a couple of questions and he was happy to help even though busy day. The two cashiers at the front were nice, moved the line quickly. Store was very clean.

Personally, I never had an issue w/ the pharmacy fortunately. I read the other reviews & this location getting a bad rap on both sides. I never had that kind of experience in either the pharmacy or retail side & I've been coming here for years. Sometimes you can get lucky & there's hardly a line or no line at the pharmacy or front checkout. In the front there are self-checkouts if you're in a rush. The cashiers are always pleasant & helpful! While the staff can look a bit stressed(understandable since the store often seems understaffed & it can get busy),they always do their best. Kudos to them for pushing through! The sales floor is consistently clean, well-stocked, & organized. I know it's not easy to maintain,so big thanks to the staff! I will definitely continue to come here for my medications & to use my coupons on the retail side. Sometimes the CVS app has valuable coupons you can load into your account. Ding,ding b/c who doesn't love a deal!

My doc called…read morethe script in early Friday AM, and a text came in around lunchtime that they've received the request and will text when it's ready. Note: that would be a total lie, once again. Waited. And waited. Called their mobile number around 1 p.m.and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. Didn't get a text. Called again and was told it wouldn't be until after 5:15. Decided to drive there anyway. I knew they were lying (based on past experience). Waited in a long line, only to be told they didn't have it in stock. The pharmacist had to step over loose bottles and pills all over the floor, and even grabbed a couple of plastic baskets filled with assorted bottles, checking each one, hoping against hope that one would be antibiotics. No luck. They sent me to another branch. I will never, ever use that CVS pharmacy again. And it's not their fault, it's corporate trying to make a buck by understaffing the place. And that's no lie.
