Overall, best dealership experience I've ever had and I have had a lot. Initially talked with Jeff (owner) when I was shopping for a new bike. He was extremely helpful and absolutely zero pressure. He really just seemed interested in helping me and indifferent to selling me on anything. About a month later I had made my decision, walked in, and said I'll take it on a new matte green streetfighter v2. Jeff handed me over to Marty who drew up paperwork with no bs and no surprises. Was my birthday mid week and I asked if they could deliver it to me then; no problem. Bike showed up perfect in a nice red ducati truck. Props to Roy also for being super easy to work with and communicative. Fast forward to my first service. I called to get it scheduled and they said they were booked out a few weeks, but having bought the bike there they would squeeze me in anyway that saturday. I was expecting to be waiting around, but nope they took the bike right in when I got there and got to work. Though they were clearly very busy, everyone worked smooth and efficient and that seemed to be why they were able to service the bike so quick. They have a window from the nice waiting area / bike museum so you can see them work.. no corners cut. Also they were all very communicative and it felt the most personalized bike service I've ever had. Yes, it was almost $600 (standard for these bikes), but the first time I've ever felt I was getting $600 of service. Great job guys! Shout out for Lily also. I hadn't dealt with her at the shop, but see her regularly at a local meet and ride with her. Very knowledgable and helpful about the bike and parts as well as a great rider and general nice person.

When I inquired with Ducati Corporate if I could use the credit to purchase nonmechanical Ducati items, they informed me that three retailers in the US accept the certificate. I contacted AMS in Dallas to ask about a helmet I wanted to purchase. Lily, the CS rep told me that they do indeed accept the certificates and guided me through the process. What I found exceptional about Lily is her online and phone demeanor. In this age of less face to face interactions, a phone call rather than a text or chat is so appreciated. Her voice and professionalism are something that stood out to me. In my former life, I trained Playstation CS staff on the technical aspects of the products. So I'm well aware of CS service standards. Neither AMS nor Lily knew that I write for Web Bike World, so her level of service was standard practice for her. Bravo to AMS for how they train their staff. And the same goes for Ducati. A crummy luck of my draw turned into an exceptional experience. https://www.webbikeworld.com/what-happened-when-something-happened-ducati/

I always wanted Yamaha Warrior and found one at Dream Machines, so I decided to reach out to them through eBay Motors. Within an hour, Dusty followed up with me and provided me all the answers to my questions and concerns along with forwarding a video of the beautiful Warrior that they had. I inquired about a good beginner bike and he immediately asked me: "How tall is your wife?" - NO ONE had ever bothered to ask that, but as soon as Dusty did, we knew he was a true professional and we wanted to do business with him and his dealership. We ended up getting TWO bikes that day, by phone and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. The next day, the Lisa from their finance department contacted us and went over the finance & insurance options and she too, made it quick, easy and hassle-free. She sent us the documents overnight and we got our bikes delivered right to our driveway that same weekend. From working with Dusty on a Monday to getting the numbers with Lisa on Wednesday, with the help of their awesome management team, our two bikes were sitting on our driveway early Sunday night. Yes, Sunday night. If you're looking for a fair deal with superior first-class service, look no further than Dream Machines of Texas - be sure to ask for Dusty and Lisa. They're the best of the best. Tell them David & Amy sent you.

I've been searching for a Yamaha Niken and even had paid for it from another dealer (that turns out…read morethey "lost" it) I was a bit skeptical trying another dealer but based off the great reviews I called up Dream Machines of Texas, talked to Cadillac and it was one of the simple transactions I've done. No bs, just straight up gave me the out the door price (others might try to get you to go to the shop to talk "numbers") but not this place. Very professional, I put in my deposit to hold the bike and the rest were smooth. What's nice about this place is they even have a 3rd party shipper (for extra fee of course) and get this delivered to my door. Thank you Cadillac and everyone else involved in making this happen.
